The staff at the breakfast session were very helpful and made my breakfast times very enjoyable. They are 3, I think 1 is called Mary (fair) and another lady (fair)and also a guy (dark),. I really think you should award them to show appreciation for their hard work. They are the reason i am filling this. Kindly check the 3 who were on duty at the breakfast session last week. I also very much appreciate the number of bottles of water given for free. i really, really do appreciate that also. Thank you.

I believe this is the most centrical and busy international hotel chain in Riyadh center. It has everything you need, the rooms are wide and big, there is no noise, the gyms are very well equipped, the sauna, the pool...and on top of that, the food is delicious. The breakfast is full of options, most of them healthy ones, and the staff there is so helpful and kind. Special thanks to Sohel, the captain, who made me smile every single breakfast, and Mery who prepared my coffees with lots of love. An important thing to mention: almost all the staff speak English which is something very difficult to find in the KSA hotel industry nowadays.

Interconnecting room is great for our family of four. Many variety of foods for breakfast.

We requested for firmer pillows. However, we were told by the lady at reception that they don’t have extra pillows to provide for guests. We had stayed in many five star hotels before and it’s very strange for a five star hotel to not have pillow selection. Even though we put change bedding card on our pillows, we had to request twice (in two different days) for them to change our bed sheet.

First of all - very polite, attentive and helpful staff, customer service is highest quality. All employees whom we met - smiling when we talked with them, asking if are not missing anything and they can help us somehow. Room was spacious, clean, everything was there, we have not missed anything. Hotel location is very good - close to many restaurants and cafes of Olaya street, also not far from Kingdom Center. Breakfast was excellent, wifi was good and stable. Truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

I stay there during most of my visits to Riyadh. Location is good and staff are friendly. At the beginning, I was given a smaller room than usual but I complained about it and they offered me the normal size room which I get all the time. The quality of the in room dining food and in the terrace needs a big review. I shared my experience with the recipient, and I was expecting a follow-up from the management which didn't take place.

I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. The location, facilities, and staff were all top-notch. From the reception to housekeeping, everyone was professional and accommodating. A special shoutout to the valet parking team for their outstanding service. Was a prefect stay

Room I stayed is comfort and truly felt like a haven after a long day of activities. The location is also worth mentioning. Situated in a prime area of Riyadh, it offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Whether I needed to explore the city, visit shopping malls, or attend business meetings, everything seemed to be within easy reach. The breakfast at Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana hotel in Riyadh was a delightful experience. There were numerous options to choose from, catering to various tastes and preferences.

Upon my arrival at 14:50, I was eager to settle into my second room. Unfortunately, there was a delay in preparing the room, and it took approximately one hour to be ready. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, the delay did cause some frustration and affected the overall enjoyment of my stay.

Starting from the reservation Abdul Ellah to the housekeeping, I don’t want to list all the names as I might forget one, but I have to say every single staff I interacted with was nothing less than exceptional. Their main focus is costumer’s satisfaction.

Nothing at all, with regard to the negative reviews for this hotel, please remember this not your house! So few minor lapses would occur as long as the major leisure’s are fulfilled.

Our room was nice and quite spacious. We didn't try the breakfast buffet, but it was easy to find a nice cafe outside within walking distance (Paul, for example). Location was great, right in the city centre near restaurants. Our booking included access to the business lounge which we used to get an afternoon tea/coffee and a snack (mini sandwiches, cakes and fruit). We also had dinner at the cafe in the lobby and it was good.

The women's gym is very very little and not well equipped. There wasn't any female pool or access to the main pool. The rest met our expectations.

Our stay at the hotel was truly fantabulous, exceeding our expectations in every way. Eager to make my daughter's birthday a memorable one, I approached the lady at the reception to inquire about any available birthday packages. She assured me that she would be in touch and asked us to proceed to our room. Shortly thereafter, we received a call informing us of an unexpected upgrade. Upon our return to the room, we were astonished to find that our belongings had been transferred to a beautiful suite adorned with rose petals, accompanied by a delightful cake and fruit basket. This thoughtful gesture made my daughter's day truly unforgettable. We are immensely grateful for the exceptional 5-star customer service provided by Mohamed Abu Nefissa and Hala. We look forward to returning in the future.
