Very comfortable stay, it felt like home away from home. The room size, layout and furnishings are excellent. Cleanliness is top notch! Thanks to housekeeping, especially DIL.

Breakfast was ok, could be better. The table I sat at had no table napkin, and nobody bothered to provide it. The jacuzzi did not seem to be clean, and it was not ready for guest use, but I guess you have to book in advance?

Novotel Riyadh Al Anoud is a relatively new hotel with modern facilities. I was pleasantly surprised to find an iron available in my room, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great experience!

Accessible location. Clean rooms. Helpful reception, especially Mr. Rayan. Breakfast buffet and the service was very good.

I had a booking for one day. The Swimming pool was closed in the evening on account of a wedding party and we were allowed to access it for a couple of hours only. Neither the hotel authorities nor the reception inform us about this. Many families were denied permission to the pool. Nobody goes to a hotel just to stay inside the room, especially a family with kids that too on the occasion of eid. It was very disappointing. This is really irresponsible behavior. Our one day stay was spoiled because of this lack of communication by the hotel staff. Booking.com must also check for such wedding party bookings in the hotel , before offering us deals at the hotels. Telephone from the room only gets connected to the reception and never to the housekeeping.

This is another gem 💎 of Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦. Modern and new. Everything of top quality 👌. The staff is helpful and friendly. Housekeeping (Sipon Chowdhur) is excellent. This place is a few minutes easy walk to the King Towers where you can visit the Skybridge. A must in Riyadh!

Location is good for work and travel. The room size was unexpected. It was larger than I expected. The Breakfast menu was well spread and the egg counter cook was particularly friendly.

Reception people didnt understand English except a couple of staff. Its important for reception people welcoming guests can be conversent in English.

I super loved the breakfast.. There are many food choices and the kids loves the food... The room was clean and they are very attentive on what you need.. They also arrange the extra bed with free of charge... Thank you so much

Only the kids don't see the swimming pool because there is a event during our stay...

Clean spacious rooms with good amenities. Location is great in central Riyadh very close to Kingdom Tower. Staff were very professional and check-in/check-out took no time.

Rooms are very dated and needs renovation. Price per night is high for what it is, but hotel prices in the area is high not only this hotel.

The room was excellent and clean, nothing to expect more but they give our request immediately, and during my stay front desk and housekeeping were very accommodating, location-wise, and very near to the city center, our breakfast was good.

We need to wait to take our breakfast because were not on the list as we avail our breakfast upon check-in *Miscommunication between Frontdesk and F&B dept.
