This was our 2nd stay at Nova. Great location and view. We went to Riyadh to attend Boxing event and found ourselves lucky to celebrate the Saudi Founding day, 22nd February. Like before, excellent level of interaction and service by the team at the main Restaurant - Didarul, Saqlain, Maruf, Nour and Fakhir. This time also had a great service by Sitesh at main reception who eased our check out process. Good housekeeping team. Nice gym and pool with a view of Kingdom Tower/Centre. Metro Stations are very close.

That giant lamp and heavy armchair by the bedside, limiting movement around the bed area and causing inconvenience.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly, proactive, and always ready to assist with any request, making the experience even more pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, which makes it easy to explore the city. The breakfast exceeded all expectations, offering a variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. The menu is well thought out, with high-quality ingredients and a great selection of dishes. The overall quality of service at the hotel is outstanding, with attention to every detail. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to other travelers!

The only minor downside is that the pool water is a bit cool in March, but this did not affect my stay in any way.

With my family visited Saudi Arabia, the city of Riyadh. We arrived for the Al-Nassr football match. We stayed at the "Nova M Hotel , Edge by Rotana", the impressions of the hotel are the most excellent. Convenient location within walking distance of the metro, Riyadh Gallery Shopping Center, the 99-story skyscraper Kingdom Centre. The hotel itself is clean, cozy. Everyone is very polite and friendly. The "Misk All-Day Dining" restaurant has very, very tasty and fresh food. Breakfasts, lunches, everything was amazingly delicious. Our nine-year-old son was absolutely delighted with the hotel and the restaurant. He became friends with all the hotel staff and constantly ran to them to talk and ask something. Thank you all very much.

It's very cold in the hotel and I was freezing. Warm water from the shower, I would like it to be hotter. But this is not critical:) and can be fixed.

I stayed at Nova M Hotel for six nights, and enjoyed every single day there. It was tastefully decorated, incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the staff were all helpful and responsive. The room I stayed in was even nicer than it looked online, and in perfect, new condition. I'd like to acknowledge Ruhul and Hridoy for cleaning my room, and the manager at breakfast who was very considerate and helpful. Especially, I'd like to thank Saquillin for exceptional room service - I ordered food in nearly every night and he was always punctual and kind - and also Faakhir at Sola cafe who always greeted with a smile and served coffee and breakfast perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Riyadh!

The hotel bathroom was very well-maintained - however the light in the bathroom operates on motion-detection. So several times when I was in the shower, and not at the sink area, my movement would not be detected and the light would go off mid-shower. Just a note for the hotel to perhaps look into for other guests.

The location near the Riyadh Metro Blue Line Al Wurud 2 Station is ideal. The breakfast buffet selection is very good and at the Misk restaurant. The restaurant has a very pleasant setting on the mezzanine level overlooking Olaya Street and the lobby and is also available for purchasing food for lunch and dinner until late evening. The Sola coffee shop on the lobby level also serves as a nice place to relax or meet with friends or colleagues. The rooms are newly finished and have a modern look with all the regular hotel amenities available.

The room was very cold and even after turning off the AC and opening the window it was not possible to warm up. The hotel is an extensively renovated older structure. The windows in any of the side rooms are extremely small and the view looks into a small gap between buildings.

The staff: Great service provided by the staff, specially at Nova’s breakfast area. Friendly and welcoming staffs like Saquilin, Nur Yusuf and Didarul really made us had a good start of our day during breakfast. Because of their multi-lingual skills (English, Bengali, Hindi/Urdu), it really helped our queries as it was our first visit to Riyadh and we hardly understand Arabic. The location: You can see the beautiful Kingdom Tower; 15 minutes walk to Al-Urubah metro station (The Riyadh Metro network commenced passenger operations on Sunday, December 1st 2024 #Vision2030); 7 minutes drive to Al-Olaya where there some great restaurants to try. 16-20 minutes drive to Bujairi Terrace, At-Turaif World Heritage Site in Diriyah Gym & Swimming Pool: Great including friendly staff like Mohammed in that area.

There was some unnecessary decor items in the hotel room eg. a massive lamp which caused bit of inconvenience and also hurt my head once (photo attached). Also, the room we were in, the bidet shower in the toilet was fitted on the left hand side which kind of made it bit inconvenience.

Everything, spotlessly clean , stylish, pleasant rooftop pool , walkable to restaurants and a Metro station. Friendly helpful, professional staff .

I understand and accept hotels policies, but sometimes, in my personal situation, I wasn't happy , I was going to extend one more day ( mainly due to booking the wrong date, a day to early , this hotel was a treat after travelling around Saudi Arabia for 3 weeks ) but when I asked if I could extend 1 more day and have a later check out, there was an extra charge , which I didn't agree with , there's no need for it , so , I didn't extend and booked another hotel that didn't charge for a late checkout .

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, The guest room I booked was not only impeccably clean but also surprisingly spacious, exceeding the standards of many 5-star hotels.. Whether you're a business traveler or a leisure seeker, this hotel is an excellent choice for your stay in Riyadh. The combination of exceptional hospitality, comfort room, convenient location, and a very good breakfast makes it a truly great place to stay.

One of the best hotels I've ever been. The room was very well furnished with quality material and super clean. The entire staff was super attentive and ready to solve any of my inquiries. Breakfast was amazing, a variety of food selection and also a dedicated healty food section. They gym was great, the staff welcomed me very nicely everyday. I wish I can visit again soon.

WiFi sometimes suffered interruptions, but a part from that the internet connection was very fast.

Location was great, new hotel so everything was working perfectly and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful Amazing view if you take the room with a view.

Tv didn’t have any streaming service Bed was a bit too hard for me personally, i suggest they make it softer and fluffy cause that’s how i imagine hotel beds to be. When i sleep on my side my shoulders hurt because of how hard the matress is.
