Great location and excellent value for money. The receptionist, I believe he was Egyptian, was very professional and courteous in dealing with customers

The restaurant experience was disappointing due to the behavior of one of the serving staff, who appeared to be either Pakistani or Indian. He was quite negligent in responding to our requests. When we asked for bread, he bluntly said it was finished. We also requested warm milk for my daughter, but he brought it cold, and when we asked hot milk, he claimed the mess was closed. However, I observed that he later served hot milk to another guest who was expressing dissatisfaction more loudly. Serving staff should be customer-oriented and treat all guests with equal respect and attention, regardless of how they communicate.

Absolutely everything is amazing! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Very few of them can speak English but if not they will call someone who does. They will call uber for you, give you directions and advice and they will keep your luggages for free if you need. They also provided a private place for me to sort out my bags and get changed when I collected my bags and leaving to the airport. As a female solo traveller I felt safer than anywhere else in the world and totally welcome, just for reference. I asked the receptionist to call me an Uber at midnight and went on a little trip to visit the “Boulevard Riyadh City “ which is a night light show and I recommend it to anyone, adults and children. The room was clean and has everything you need on it and so the communal space. Perfect location in centre of Riyadh with lots of beautiful things to enjoy around it. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends&family and I’ll certainly return there too.

It is located at the middle of Riyadh near to main business destinations, with services & facilities all near by, and access to several transportation means. Rooms are basic but very clean & tidy, AC is super and breakfast is open, not set menu, it is not with many options but all served good and well cooked. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Elevator is a little bit slow :) And, AC is very powerful that can be annoying some times

Honestly I didn't have many expectations. But it turned out to be a decent budget friendly hotel. The breakfast was good enough, pretty diverse, perhaps lacking fruits and few vegan options. Najeer at the reception was smiley face and helpful. This is not a 5* hotel, you have Marriott next door.

The check in time policy (until 6 pm) is a little tricky. During high season you might arrive late and realize that there are no more rooms left. I couldn't pay in advance on booking com. Thankfully, this was not my case, although I arrived around 8 pm. Cleaning is probably on request, it didn't happen during my stay.

Location is excellent and it's heart of the city and ample parking area and variety of restaurants within walking distance (1km radius). Dalin hotel has own breakfast and although limited options but they keep decent product.

Myself is vegetarian and very limited Choice of breakfast. They should have more options for vegetarians. They don't have balcony, all rooms are closed type.

Excellently located for the conference I was attending at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Riyadh. The hotel was easy to find, behind a large Jarir bookstore. Handy walk to the Kingdom Tower too, but not many other facilities close to the hotel. A massive room with seating area and large bathroom. The room was clean, quiet and exceeded my expectations. Reasonable selection of Arabic and western breakfast on the breakfast buffet, although I only had breakfast on one of the 3 days I was there. Staying in the hotel saved me hours of travel time as the traffic in Riyadh was horrendous - I can't wait for the metro to open!

Room is a little tired - broken lampshades, and a bit tatty in places, but not a huge problem as the room was clean. My room was not cleaned during my 3-day stay. Towels were not refreshed and no additional water was supplied after I used the first few small bottles that were in the room. The amount of paper and plastic I accumulated over 3 days was unbelievable, but there were no obvious recycling points in or around the hotel. Shower was a bit dated and the bathroom would benefit form a proper shower screen and a new shower head. Fire exit doors were wedged open with fire extinguishers - one of my favourite health and safety discretions! The hotel has possibly the slowest lift in the world!

I had a wonderful experience at this property, largely thanks to the exceptionally helpful staff, particularly Masul Mustafa. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, assisting with luggage storage while I was on a domestic flight and arranging a driver for my airport transfer the following day. Additionally, the location is very central, making access to various sites convenient, and I encountered no issues with parking. I will definitely be returning for another stay.

The property was in majority cleaned, the rooms are spacious. The only thing I didn’t know in the beginning is that if you want your room to be cleaned, you have to ask for it. The staff was super polite and friendly, but their English is not so great so I used google translate to explain or ask something to them. It helped 😊. The breakfast is delicious and you have different varieties. The place is well located. You have malls at 15min walk and different coffee shops and restaurants.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its prime location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to start the day right, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Location was very good, breakfast was also good ( a lot of options), the room was nice and clean. They had the room ready for the guest with towel, tissue, slippers, tea and coffee. There were chairs, fridge, bed was big, and toiletries.

the room had a smell of cigarette although the room was a non-smoking room, the TV was not working ( I found it late so, I didn't bother them). Aside from that, my stay was great. Also in the facilities listed for standard double room , it has a bath tub as one of it's perk, but sadly it was not there.
