I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my visit to Riyadh, and overall, it was a good experience. The room was clean and fairly comfortable, which I really appreciated. One of the best things about the hotel is its location—it’s very close to The Globe restaurant, which made things super convenient. The pool was nice, and I enjoyed spending some time there. The staff were quite friendly and helpful as well. I’d say it was definitely worth staying here for a short trip. If I could change one thing, it would be to have breakfast included in the price. That would have made the stay even better.

Good location and very friendly staff! Amjad at the reception desk is especially super helpful! This was my first time visiting Saudi Arabia and Amjad was one of the very first people I met in this country. He not only helped me a lot when I arrived at the midghnight but also during my stay in Riyadh. He made our stay so pleasant, I very appreciate.

Everything was just fantastic. Being a Hotelier myself, I keep an eye on how things are, sort of an attention to detail, but Centro Olaya exceeded all my expectations. For the price I paid, everything was super. I was great my Salih (you're the man, man!). Such a polite, humble, friendly person. I spoke quite a bit actually and he assisted me and my father during the check-in process. The room was super clean. All amenities were available. HK did a fantastic job and was very quick! Breakfast had multiple options. Certainly offered way too many options for the per-head price. Next day I met Njoud at the front desk. She assisted my very professionally with my inquiry and knew all the answers to the questions I had. Smeet (I hope I'm getting her name right!) assisted us during our check-out process and completed it within seconds! All in all, me and my father enjoyed our 3 day stay at Centro Olaya. Next time I'm back in Riyadh, definitely staying here! Thanks, team!

this hotel has lots of rooms with common internal doors, that are usually closed. However this means you can hear the sounds clear coming from other rooms, especially if occupiers are loud at night - that won't help you sleep. Door insulation is not good at all and the hotel needs to do something about it

Reception services were exceptional and Staff at Coffee shop, Room Service ,House Keeping were outstanding.

I made the booking thru Booking.com and Reception at Centro had no clue of this booking when i arrived. Took over an hour to sort his out .Thanks to Mohammed Mutlaq who in charge at that time,

All the people at the Hotel are prompt and attentive - From the time of check-in, in-room dining, room-boys to check-out, all included. In-house dining experience was good. Fresh and tasty. The waiting time was about 40 minutes. Just a thought 1- Dental kit/ shaving kit/ slipper/ robe - these need could be checked out at check-in and provided immediately. This did not affect the quality of attention/ service in any way. These were provided immediately on request. 2- Consider having some more variety of teas to choose from - Green; Mint; Hibiscus, whatever ( I enjoy my tea, and a lot of it)

Was woken up by reception to remind me checkout time was in 45 minutes. Then, just before I was getting ready to leave, housekeeping kept knocking on my door without announcing who it was. When I finally answered, they tried to insist I review my stay by asking a series of questions, even after I said I had only 10 minutes to finish packing and checkout.

Location was excellent . Many Restaurants nearby including KFC , Hardeees etc Ample parking too . In-house Starbucks . Friendly smiling staff too . A small supermarket also nearby towards the front side of the property which you will get if you walk around .

Since it’s a very busy area , you need to order your UBER , Bolt or taxi a little in advance since in the peak business time it’s difficult to get taxis .

The cleanliness of the place is near to almost everything i needed and to go to.The staff are all.polite and attentive startimg from.the receptionist and housekeeping.Specially to the chef and waiter Hanash actually all from the restaurant and the.housekeeping assignes to 1st floor.

Maybe to add filipino breakfast or choices.thank you!

The hotel is clean and nice, but I was double charged for the accommodation by Bookings and by the hotel. Hotel staff told me they would reverse my credit payment but one month had past, despite my following up email (no response), I still have not received by refund.
