The staff was great and supportive. I wpuld like to thank Mr. Muhammad Al Najjar for his hospitality and service.

The hotel is quite basic and best suited for a short stay, especially for solo travelers. However, the staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist, doing their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A special mention goes to the front desk representative, Mohammad AlNajjar, who is both courteous and approachable. The hotel location is very central if the middle of the city, the mall and major shops can be reached by feet.

The internet connection was unstable, which made it inconvenient at times. Parking access was also challenging and not very smooth. Additionally, the noise levels were noticeable, which affected the overall comfort. The windows in my room were quite small, offering no view or natural sunlight, making the space feel a bit confined.

We like the friendly and helpful staff members, especially Mohamed El Taweil and Mohammed Al-Najjar. Other staff members using the WhatsApp and Booking.com were equally helpful in giving direction to and location of the hotel. The property exceeded our expectations in terms of modern deco and design, and vibe, which are similar to fancy, more popular, and well-known big hotel chains. There was a cute and practical coffee shop at the ground floor. We like a nice restaurant across the street, Beit Omer Restaurant. We like the location, which is near and within a walking distance to Panorama Mall. The whole experience was excellent we forgot that we were in a middle-eastern country. It felt like we were in Europe!

The electricity power to our room was not readily on because the movement or power sensor was malfunctioning.

By order of importance: - Super friendly staff, Diben was very welcoming at check-in and was so helpful throughout my stay until check-out. - Excellent location, a major mall and coffee shops within walking distance. - The room was large in size and the bed was spacious.

By order of annoying: - Mangement is too thrifty on supplies (one towel and not changed). - I had to ask for extyra hangers, the safe box was locked so I could not use iot but the place was safe anayways. - The bathroom needs renovation, cracked basin, the shower door didin't lock so water would splash on the floor and I didnt had a floor twoel. Nevertheless, given its upsides, I would still go back to this place.

The property exceeded my expectations. Initially, I was concerned about the relatively low review score, but after experiencing it firsthand, I believe it deserves a much higher rating.

I can’t think of any significant issues. However, addressing minor maintenance matters and improving the placement or functionality of the controls near the bed for chargers and lights would be helpful.

Simple, clean, friendly and economic hotel with great location. Mohammed (Al-Najjar?) at night check-in was super helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean (value for money). I stay here quite often since our Riyadh office is nearby.

Wifi was not great and didn't connect initially saying IP not registering, despite three SSIDs being broadcasted. They really need to solve this.

Very nice support & hospitality provided by the Both receptionist & support staff.

Need to the below improvement. 1. Increase the light inside the room 2. Mobile charging plug must be near the bed 🛌. 3. Both Sona baths must be in operation. 4. Bathroom light for saving must be near the mirror. 5. Suits Name both sides should be in Arabic & English language.

Since I landed at the hotel the staff was very welcoming and friendly, I found the property reception was very clean and modern with colorful furniture. But the most interesting thing was the room! It was very large and it feels like I was in my home 😎.. Special thanks to Mohammed Alnaggar for his collaboration and support during this stay..

I had a wonderful stay at Executive Suites and the highlight was undoubtedly the friendly and attentive staff. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their genuine warmth and helpfulness made my stay truly memorable. Location, calmness, staff, and their services. In the staff the kindness of all staff is unforgettable. But I especially want to mention the names of Mohammad Al-Najjar and Tutul. They both were great guys.
