I really liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. I especially appreciated the convenient location.

One thing I didn’t like was that the smell from the buffet reached the lift area, which was a bit unpleasant at times. It affected the overall comfort, especially when leaving the hotel in the morning. Improved ventilation or better separation between the dining area and common spaces could help address this issue.

Excellent location, excellent facilities and clean hotel. Room was quite big with very comfortable beds.All the staff were also really good. The night receptionist when we came in was super helpful, I think his name is Abdulaziz,gave us a lot of water at no cost since we were unable to get water from outside. Overall,was an excellent stay, I recommend this hotel to anybody in Riyadh

The entrance and exit to the basement parking was too tight,they put a notice not to pack big cars there to be fair to them but sometimes you can't find parking outside

Property was clean and tidy. Hadyat from house keeling made our stay extra special, he constantly checked on us to see if anything extra especially when travelling with sick kids. Highly recommend. Property is close by malls

There was a receptions and she did not understand much English. She could not understand basic requirement such as asking for some tea bags. Our room key kept expiring every 24hrs. Very frustrating

Great location in Olaya, very clean spacious rooms.

The person at the reception during check-in was not helpful and extremely slow and inefficient. We arrived very late at night, with two small kids after a very long international flight and were exhausted. Check-in took 45 minutes given that there was no other guest at reception at all! The receptionist was incompetent and throughly indifferent to our extreme fatigue and kept telling us to wait. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming !

Rooms were well appointed and large. The room had all the necessities a traveler requires, from iron to coffee, plenty of plug and usb points. The location was good. Cleanliness was always on top of their agenda as they were constantly cleaning the entrance and surrounding areas. Staff were always polite

Perhaps having someone to introduce the room to travelers would help. Eg, hot water is to be acquired from the coffee machine, which took us a while to figure out. Room service took a long time for certain matters.

Super central location close to the Alinma bank metro station. Super clean and soundproofed room. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooftop to relax in the evening and the self-laundry room is brilliant. The hotel arranged a buffet for the Saudi Foundation day, so thoughtful!

I liked everything!

Lovely new hotel, so clean and smells good.The rooms are clean. Me Tareq's hospitaly was amazing as well as also the receptionist, (I forgot his lovely name)🙂 it was a smooth check in. They all helped us and answered our requests and were all very nice. There is a nice view of the Kingdom tower on the 8th floor from the loung. The self laundry was truly amazing as well because I really needed to wash my abaya for my flight the next day. We are so much satisfied with our stay. We will dedinitely be staying again here in the future.

Very noisy kids running about in middle of night ; kept waiting for them to subside , in end had to call reception to bring it to their attention - to no avail .

I recently booked a stay at for my wife and her mother, and their experience was absolutely fantastic. They couldn't stop raving about it! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. They loved the comfortable bed and the modern amenities. The staff at provided exceptional service. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. My wife and her mom felt truly pampered throughout their stay.
