Exceptional Stay at Gardino Hotel & Residence! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless check-in process, specially Ms. Aljoharah. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, making for a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to most attractions areas at Riyadh, like restaurants, and business areas. The on-site dining options were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious meals. I also loved the lobby. Overall, my experience at this Hotel was outstanding. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and top-notch facilities. I will definitely be returning on my next trip! Nothing.. everything is outstanding

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a great breakfast and an amazing location. However, the street noise was a real issue. We stayed in a city-view room, but the noise from the busy street, day and night, made it hard to relax. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d definitely recommend choosing a courtyard-view room instead. The hotel would really benefit from upgrading the windows to block out the noise better. Also, the smart lighting system in the room was a bit tricky to figure out. That said, everything else about our stay was excellent, and I’d happily come back again!

I liked the stuff they were very friendly and helpful and respectful every time and every day and they have an amazing menu to chose from most hotels have limited options to eat from but this one has different options and delicious ones as well And i have to say it’s been a long time since i saw a crew who cared about cleaning like them they come everyday and they do an amazing job some hotels check on the room every two days or something but not gardino I never stayed at hotel in riyadh before but i must say I’m definitely coming back here again in the future

Delicious breakfast options, Great staff service, quick check-in and check-out, and room service was very quick. The room service food was delicious.

When we checked in, they had only one item of everything, even though I booked the room for my spouse and I. For example, one robe, one pair of slippers, etc. Also one of the days, we had breakfast and my husband found a living insect in his cabbage from the breakfast buffet. Although the staff apologized and replaced the entire plate, it would've been nice to see them be more careful about food infestation.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gardino Hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, from the moment I arrived. Mr. Hykal, the receptionist, kindly upgraded my room, and his colleague Mr. Hamza was incredibly accommodating by extending my checkout time to 14:00. Beyond the warm welcome, the hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and visually appealing. The lobby was inviting, and the breakfast was delicious

I genuinely couldn't fault a single thing about my experience. Everything was perfect.

I've stayed here several times now and it's my go to when I get to Riyadh. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The amenities are good. The restaurant offers a good selection of dishes, tried a few and they were all good. The gym is very well equipped. Location is very good and central. There's a free underground parking.

This is the first time I get a room overlooking the main street side and considering it was a holiday period, it was very noisy all night. I am not sure if in regular times this side would also be this noisy.

Room very spacious and comfortable, bathroom great with excellent shower. Buffet breakfast was ok, location on the main road ok.

Carpets stained and overdue a good clean/replace

I had an incredible time at the hotel. The location is great, the staff is really helpful and pleasant, and the facility is modern and clean. As an added bonus, the room is so well-soundproofed that not a single sound could be detected from the street outside.
