Facility very good, clean and all was functional

System to check in/out was extremely slow… take at least 20-40 min each to clear it. I extended for 4 days my stay, and at least the staff call me to settle the extension 3 times! When was already paid, means no communication between the shifts and the system is bad and slow. No apologies, so give me some uncertainty in the payment process and with nonsense add some unnecessary stress. The facility, room, staff was really good, I will back to this hotel but… with more time assuming this issues at the reception

The hotel's location in the heart of Riyadh made it incredibly convenient to access all the major attractions and businesses in the city. We've requested twin room, got a double bed and a promise to change it next day which never happened. Otherwise the reception was very friendly.

Great proximity for my meeting. Loved the Limo pickup from the airport, all arranged by the hotel, just made everything so much more straight forward.

I got booked into a Disabled Room on the first night. I'm 6'2" and had to keep bending down all the time, lights, aircon, etc... I had to move on the second night, which was pain free. Apart from that, all good.

This is our second time at the Al Mashreq hotel. The hotel is located very well in western Riyadh fairly close to Diriyah. We stayed for 3 nights and had 2 rooms to accommodate our family. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were the best - very helpful and welcoming. We appreciated the valet parking in the hotel's private section of the underground garage. The breakfast is outstanding with lots of variety.

The ppol and gym are only open to men; no women. This is surprising considering Vision 2030 goals; plenty of time as passed for the hotel to adjust these old patterns (for example, at least have alternating time slots). The entrance to the garage had been reconfigured since our last stay. Since we had been to the hotel before, we knew how to access it. If it is your first time, the entrance might be difficult to find. It is immediately after you turn off Prince Turki Road onto Al Urubah Road. Contrary to Google Maps, you cannpt access it by driving straight down Al Urubah Road. We understand that the hotel has been bought by Hilton Hotels - that is a shame. We love the uniqueness of these small boutique hotels.

Central location, close to king Khalid Mosque, walking distance which was perfect for our stay in Ramdan. the food is great, and the reception staff AnduRahman And Noora are welcoming, other staff in the resturant are very welcoming and specially Moosa, Faisal and Sari. The resturant is great place for dine in. Very delicious food

Receptionist staff who are not able to speak english well and she did not performed her job. I booked for 3D2N but able to stay only one night due to lacked of responsibility one of receptionist. Im arrived at 11am and supposed check in at 1500H, I did asked her regarding my reservation and she told me everything was ok and i able to check in anytime. I left my luggage there and went out but when i came back for check in, my name was not in hotel system! Such a terrible day ever for me cos this never happened to me since i used booking.com I hope, that staff need to be reflected or going back to learn how to deal with customer in proper way!

Great service, welcoming attitude from front-desk staff (especially Ms. Ruba and Ms. Reem), wonderful breakfast buffet and great service from restaurant staff, nice bellhops, and great spa and massage services!

Nothing really, except maybe the restaurant tables were not cleaned quickly when I asked. But that can be understandable given high volume of visitors.
