I booked the Studio room for 3 days, and the room was super comfortable. The air conditioning worked really well, and there was a very large TV with many channels available in both Arabic and English. The location was also great for me, as I had an appointment at an embassy about 5 km away, which is roughly a 15-minute taxi ride. There’s a supermarket right next to the hotel where you can buy snacks and water. The hotel provides two complimentary small bottles of water, but you can get more from the supermarket. There’s also a nearby bus stop, although you’ll need to walk a short distance to reach it. If you’d like to try the Riyadh Metro, you can take a taxi or Uber to the nearby KSU Metro Station. The hotel is also easily accessible from Riyadh Airport by using the Riyadh Metro train and bus.

The complimentary breakfast has a limited selection of food, but this is not a major issue, as I still enjoyed it nevertheless. The price is a bit high, but I think it’s justified given the location. I’m not sure why some other reviews say very negative things about the hotel. In my opinion, the hotel is much better than what those comments suggest.

Big and clean room. Although the hotel is not in the downtown area, it is very close and is 15 min (without traffic) away from most of the attractions in riyadh. The breakfast was really good!

The room didn't have towels and toilet paper when we checked-in... so we had to ask for them at the reception. The shower is pretty small and open, so it can sometimes get pretty wet around the toilet bowl area.

The Hotel is very clean and the room is big with a huge smart tv screen and a convenient balcony , also the location is good while u cannot say this in riyadh since its a huge city with so crowded traffic

One of the best Clean, spacious and comfortable 3 BHK apartment. Neatly maintained too. The city view was also pretty decent. Really liked the experience and service.

One suggestion if asked would be to provide few kitchen ware(a pan, plates, microwave safe bowls, glasses etc). Since we had to stay just for a day, we did not carry them. Pleased to mention that they did provide them on request.

Breakfast was great, but it would have been fantastic if they include jollof rice, yoghurt, apples and other tropical fruit.

WiFi should have stronger internet conectivity

There was a construction or remodeling in the room of the upper level. I received a lot of noise and no one apologizes for such unpleasant noise. There was no towels in the room by default. You need to ask for it. Food prices in the menu are a bit exaggerated.
