Breakfast was 5 star, and was available until 11am, so no need to rush in the mornings. All the staff were really attentive and friendly, I've never had such friendly and accommodating staff since I stayed at the Ritz in London. Special mention to the very positive Noorah at breakfast reception.

TV channel option a little dated. No option on the tvs/ tv remote, for Netflix or YouTube,l. Likewise, the phone casting from my mobile to the tv, or my wife's phone, would not work.

The rooms at Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter - Marriott Executive Apartments were spacious and impeccably clean. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the outstanding service provided by the staff. From the front desk team to the cleaners, every staff member was incredibly friendly, warm, and hospitable. The level of service exceeded my expectations, making my stay truly enjoyable. Top-notch service across the board!

The balcony of the room, and the level of cleanliness was amazing, The greetings of the overall staff and reception staff especially Mohammed and Hadeel, and actually all the reception staffs were very professional and friendly and helpful as well! The speed of the service required, whatever I request they served me in sufficient time, Amazing place, The parking staffs, To be honest, the overall experience was amazing, the greetings and welcoming and service of all the staffs make me very satisfied, and I would really recommend the hotel to everyone because of them.

We had an amazing stay. Hadeel on Guest Services was incredible and helpful and we felt like all our concerns were met. The service team at breakfast were also phenomenal Nelson made sure we were catered to and others ensured that our children had the best hot chocolate. The room was immaculate and Emon was kind in helping us with our luggage. We will definitely coming back - the hotel was the epitome of the world renowned Saudi hospitality.

The breakfast is beyond outstanding as is the customer service. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I LOVE this hotel. If you have a chance get a massage, it is the best massage I have ever had.

The sauna has a bad odour, but that is the only thing I could complain about. This hotel has it all and is one of my favourite places to stay.

Excellent services from the breakfast crew led by Ulysis and his team. Top welcoming by the team and parking our cars. The room was so cleaned, on time. All services were excellent considering the period of Holy month. Well done to all the staff.

Location, size of apartment, and facilities

Smell of bathroom. We call laundry to pick up clothes , they promise to send someone, but nobody comes!?

I love this hotel, it’s my favourite in the world and I travel a lot. Rooms are outstanding, beds are SO comfortable and the little details like the water and notes at breakfast make my day.

Quite nice hotel, nice and helpful staff, clean apartment, available facilities, excellent breakfast. I would book the hotel for my next visit.
