Spacious room, upgraded to a suite which made my 2-week stay more comfortable, courteous staff, good cleaning service, the wifi worked well, my room was quiet despite the hotel facing a busy highway, never had a problem getting an Uber, and < 5 min walk from a couple of grocery stores.

The restaurant wasn't heated - uncomfortably cold in the winter (but it's manageable if you wear a jacket). Selection was sparse though adequate; the cook at the egg station couldn't make an egg-white omelette, initially declined to even make a fried egg (apparently he didn't know how! one of the wait staff showed him!). The restaurant supposedly had a buffet dinner but I walked in once and didn't find anything on the tables and in general didn't find any customers in the restaurant during lunch or dinner hours.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Shahad Saif, a receptionist who exemplified professionalism and kindness. Her respectful demeanor and helpful attitude made the check-in process seamless and welcoming. The hotel itself is impressively clean and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The staff were cooperative and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay.

I had such an amazing stay at Sarawat Park Hotel in Riyadh! The hotel was spotless, the rooms were cozy, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. What really made my visit unforgettable was Shahad at the reception—she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She truly went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for me and made me feel right at home. I recently stayed at Sarwat Park Hotel in Riyadh and had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. I especially appreciated the availability of heating from the same air conditioning unit, ensuring comfort during the cooler evenings. The breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory, with a decent variety that suited my tastes for the duration of my stay. While it may not have been the most extensive spread, it provided enough options to start the day off right. One of the highlights of the hotel is its convenient location, making it easy to access by foot to VIA Riyadh. This made exploring the city and getting around hassle-free, allowing me to make the most of my time in Riyadh. Overall, my stay at Sarwat Park Hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious room, convenient location, and satisfactory amenities.

Location. It is a short distance to diplomatic quarters. Smooth check-in and check-out. The staff are good and friendly people. I needed to print few documents during my stay. The lady at the reception desk printed it for free and it was midnight. I am grateful to her. They allowed late check-out. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I missed it at the hotel because of business meetings at the same time.

I was very surprised at the quality of the property and size of the room. The description under represented the quality of the room and property. This will be my new home in Riyadh as the location is excellent, including access directly off the main roads.

I had no complaints to be honest. I even found the catering to be exceptional and the staff was more than accommodating. I would say that the front desk should have a better knowledge of English.

The staff were friendly, and the room was cosy and clean. The food was nice as well the swimming pool.

The gym equipments needs to be maintained, especially the treadmill. The room view was horrible as it shows the wall of the next building.

The hotel location was very convenient and near in KAICC. Rooms are clean and room service is very impressive. I would also like to commend Ms. Shahad Ai Sif from the front desk who assisted us graciously in our request for late checkout. 10 stars for her!

Very new hotel and with new furniture, spatious rooms, very confortable bed. Nice breakfast. Was upgraded to a diplomatic suite which was very kind.

The location is a bit on the outskirts of the city. There was a noise in the room which was disturbing to sleep. Staff needs a bit of training but was very kind.

1. Quiet and nice location. 2. Near Dunkin Donuts and Kudu. For quick bites if one is hungry in the night. 3. Staff was kind to give me an upgrade without asking.
