I had a fantastic stay at the (Marriott Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter) The property was impeccably clean, and the staff were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful, ensuring a wonderful experience throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and the design of the place was stunning. I was thrilled to discover that the hotel has a LEED GOLD certification, reflecting their commitment to sustainability 👏🏼 The atmosphere was very inviting, and I loved the attention to detail in every aspect. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

I was disappointed with the view outside my room (121). There were some unboxed tools and empty boxes left out, which made me not want to open my shades. This could be improved because the exterior design is very good, and I was supposed to enjoy it, not look at boxes.

The location was perfect for our stay in the Diplomatic Quarter. We loved how the landscaping blended into the desert environment, and the facilities were wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast, and appreciated when the gentleman who checked us in gave us a late check-out for the next day. The shower/tub was so nice & I especially loved the eucalyptus shower gel. The housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were so kind and professional. The room service menu had a great variety, and the seafood platter was delicious.

We called housekeeping to ask for water, but an hour later had to call again. The water kettle in the room was broken, but when I called they did replace it. Our key for the executive lounge didn't work, so we had to walk back to the check-in desk to have it fixed. Any problem or inconvenience was swiftly addressed as soon as we asked for help.

The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and amazingly quiet. There is a good choice of food and the buffet style breakfast is beautifully presented, with excellent staff and impeccably clean and tidy. Outside or inside seating too. The outdoor pool is big enough for swimming and there is a separate children's pool under a sun cover.

The pool opens at 6am but closes at 6pm making it hard to get a swim after work. Pushing the closing time back to 7pm or even 8pm would be great. The other Marriott Courtyard hotel less than one mile away just outside the Diplomatic Quarter, charges about half the price of this hotel, but I doubt it is only half as good. There seems to be a premium to be paid for being inside the security cordon.

the reception was little better than rude about the check out and the late check out, and i got the room after i arrived in more than 1 hour, they said there were a maintenance!!!! and they told me they will give me a late check out untill 3:00 pm! but they asked me in the last day to check out at 11:30 am!!!!!!!!!!!!! and also the price was very expensive…

Staff in reception desk , resturant , house keeping were so professiona , cheerful & so responsive wide varities of breakfast options that meet all guests interest , in room dining ( i had my lunch ) which was so fresh and delicious . definetly when i visit riyadh next month will stay in same amazing hotel which i highly recommend even i forgot my mobile charger and they promised me to keep it until my next visit

The staff were extremely attentive and constantly went above and beyond. The food was healthy and good quality. facilities were good and immaculate but the spa was getting renovations. Highly recommended this for families and business stays.

Facilities and room were very good, but the restaurant and particularly the breakfast spread was excellent. Best hotel breakfast I've had in years, if not ever! 👌

everything, the property, location, cleanliness and the amazing staff. I would only recommend more attention to availability of Taxi's to call for the visitors and the availability of Mobile phone Chargers. These gadgets availability in a hotel is normal now days.

The staff was everything Abdullah and Hadeel have helped a lot the whole crew from the receptionist to who opens the door for us are amazing if I were to come again it would be for the staff. Well done!
