I came directly from airport to attend scheduled meeting in Diplomatic quarter near by the hotel around AM 9:00 , I stoped by the hotel to keep my bag until end of the day to come back for check in- I found two ladies their names are Lujain and Bayan they have welcomed me in a very lovely way as if as you visit a person who is very close to you at his home , I informed them about my request to keep my bag , surprisingly they mentioned we have an unoccupied room you can check in now and you can take a small rest if you have a time before your meeting . Really this a very appreciated a attitude that you can’t find in most of hotels . Although I didn’t have time but I went and kept my bag and moved to the meeting however , I can’t forget their smiles , their way of welcoming me and check in at AM 9:00.

I absolutely love my room! It's incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to move around and stretch out. The natural light that floods the space during the day is simply stunning, and the overall ambiance of the room is warm and inviting.

The hotel should consider investing in good quality pillows to ensure that their guests have a comfortable and restful sleep. During my stay, I noticed that the pillows provided were a mix of soft, very soft, and very hard, which made it difficult for me to find a comfortable one to use. In the end, I had to settle for using just one, which was not ideal for me.

Breakfast was high-end and not exorbitantly priced. Not bad considering there is nothing much around and it's in the DQ (Diplomatic Quarter). There is a washer-dryer & dishwasher in the room and they can give detergent...will have to remember to stay here if mid-way through a multi-week trip!

Gym is a little weak and pool is indoors only. No tanning - but maybe that's because of where it is.

I was upgraded to a suite and it was neat and absolutely amazing! I love this hotel as it’s not my first stay there… Their room service & housekeeping staff are super nice!

The only areas of improvement are staff availability and food.

Well located in Riyadh's Diplomatic Quarter, the room was spacious and nicely furnished. and the food excellent. But what stood out for me was how wonderful the staff were throughout the hotel, but particularly the reception team.

Gym was underwhelming.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a warm professionalism that was most welcomed after traveling over 10 hours with a toddler. They upgraded our room and the breakfast was the best-curated buffet I have ever experienced in a hotel.

Everything was fantastic.

Facility & location & decoration

I think that it needs a small office for business needs (if any) along with panue in the toilet. I also has complained about small issue and they understood, as I’ve found shaving tools opened and they forgot to change it with new one

Breakfast was excellent, as usual, in all the Radisson Blu hotels I visited. Thanks to all the staff members, the gym and pool were v good.

Air conditioner controller needs fixing. On the last day, they didn't clean the room; they said they didn't because of checking out in a few hours!! You need a car definitely. Airport is more than 35 minutes away.

Nice room, amazing shower, comfortable bed, plenty of storage space

Air conditioner turned on and off every couple of minutes and was annoying - everything else was excellent

Irs the.people that make the difference. Ether with Housekeeping did an amazing job when we asked for our room to be cleaned. Breakfast was sensational and Rasel live cooking, eggs and waffles I had were exellent.
