It is huge and almost mall-like. Centrally located. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Love the outdoor Tea Room. Special recognition and appreciation must be conveyed. I had an issue at checkout, which was really unexpected and unprofessional. To be honest, this is a very rare case and I never experienced the same at this hotel. Spoke to the person in-charge then (Mr. Khaled Hafneh), and he was very quick in resolution; he apologized, promised to fix the problem, and immediately took an executive action to handle my car trip. This is really what a manager should do in the hospitality sector. I will always come back.

We had an exceptional stay at Crowne Plaza RDC, thanks to the outstanding service of Huton and Bshayer at reception. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out to fit our conference schedule at another hotel. Their professionalism truly enhanced our experience. Everyone is effortlessly welcoming at the Crowne Plaza and the service and standards are always outstanding. From that first cup of Arabic coffee to the exceptional attention to detail in my room, I always know I am going to have an enjoyable stay. Breakfast offers multiple choices of delicious hot/cold food and served by attentive friendly staff who understand you are keen to get on with your day. I would like to mention Khawar who was particularly efficient and helpful.

I put a number of silk scarves in for dry cleaning and when they were returned the cleaning was not to the standard I have come to expect. This was disappointing.

Although they provide many options and variations of pillows to choose from. I somehow did not sleep comfortably on the standard one. The tv could be a little more responsive. People who are impatient could get a little angry at the remote ;)
