From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed at the reception with a smooth and effortless check-in process. The room rate was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of service and amenities provided. The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed — including a clothes iron, a complete toilet setup, complimentary water bottles, a hair dryer, slippers, and even shoe-cleaning supplies. The glass façade offered a stunning view of Riyadh, adding a touch of serenity to the overall experience. Housekeeping services were truly exceptional, ensuring that the room remained spotless throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was diverse and absolutely delicious, and I was particularly impressed by the dining staff’s kindness and attentiveness — they even prepared a special meal for my one-year-old child. Another highlight was the convenient basement parking, which had a direct elevator to my room floor — a small detail that made a big difference in comfort. Overall, it was a truly pleasant and memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh. I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day right. However, I did have a small issue during dinner at the Milwan Restaurant. The fettuccine I ordered was undercooked. The waiter, however, handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. He offered to replace the dish, but since it was already quite late, I politely declined. To my surprise, he brought me a traditional dessert called Umm Ali, on the house. It was absolutely delicious and truly made my night. Overall, the experience was memorable thanks to the staff's genuine hospitality. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

Location is great. Cleanliness, cooling, calmness and spacious reception. Staff are helpful especially Mr. Faisal was good at reception with nice smile.

Parking is confusing at the beginning to enter

Hotel was modern and bright. We paid extra for the higher level city view. Valet parking was a great bonus. Staff were great. We were only there for one night as we had a booking at Le Petit Chef restaurant, which is on the ground floor of the hotel and highly recommended. Breakfast was nice and with a good selection of choices. There was also brunch available that looked great but we didn't have time to try it.

Excellent, new hotel, central location. The best in the super friendly service. Outstanding is especially the gentlemen from Kerala who manages the breakfast team in the morning. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

The staff are friendly and welcoming. Very clean.

Windows are not totally soundproof. You could hear the noise from the main street (my room was on third floor) A/C was not as cool as desired. Even after setting temperature to 14.5 inside room temperature felt like 20

Food was way below average for such a hotel, pizza was like frozen pizza, and caesar salad had anchovies which wasnt very good, even the breakfast wasnt of high quality, tea wasnt hot, milk wansnt hot, omelette was below average

The friendliness of the Hotel staff and the breakfast was enriched.

The Hotel building structure needs regular maintenance and the Hotel rooms need continuous maintenance especially the furniture, the curtains, and the bathroom accessories.

The room was spacious and well-sized, offering a comfortable and clean environment. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast fell slightly below expectations, and the bed pillows were too soft and uncomfortable.
