was disappointed with the breakfast selection. The buffet mostly consisted of processed cheeses, meats, and starchy items. As a guest expecting either a local or international standard, I hoped to see a more balanced and appealing spread.

Very good hotel with excellent decor and impressive gym facilities. The breakfast is really good and the location is also excellent for Boulevard world/city. The parking lot is quite tight so bear that in mind but the outdoor parking is acceptable.

The staff weren’t rude but they weren’t exactly engaged either. Especially the ground floor staff. The receptionists were all great but the other staff on the ground floor weren’t very welcoming or helpful. I think thats what separates this hotel from 4 star to 5 star

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at the Executive Hotel in Riyadh and had an outstanding experience. From arrival, the staff was warm and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Abdul-Aziz and Mr. Al Enaizi for ensuring every detail was perfect. The other staff members were equally helpful and friendly, enhancing our stay with their excellent service. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a delicious and varied selection each morning. For anyone seeking top-notch service and a memorable stay in Riyadh, the Executive Hotel is the place to be. We will definitely be back! Love it!

On arrival the look and feel was calming (water feature and scented air). Rooms were generously sized. The beds super comfortable and consumables replenished every day.

It was unclear where we could dine together in the hotel. I understood there was room service though, so getting food was ok. We opted to head out which was fine as Ubers are abundant and places to eat not too far away.

Executives Hotel / KAFD has everything you need. It was an excellent value for money stay fulfilling all my requirements as a business and leisure hub. The adjacent 35m away ONS Cafe is a quality coffee lounge bar with great sweets and savory. Cool local vibe and great staff.

I would prefer a better breakfast coffee and vegan milk, but the egg station, breads and overall the buffet offering was very rich and plenty. The current roadworks across are still somewhat less convenient.

The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, even accommodating my late check-out request. The facilities were better than I was expecting: a full-sized commercial gym, pool, and sauna. The room size was generous and professional-looking. The location is next to the KAFD, although a taxi is still needed as there is no easy way to walk. It is also a central location as it is in the middle of most tourist sites visitors would like to see.

The service was very good The rooms are clean

- The facilities ( gym and swimming pool) wasn’t allowing children to access. - And also there wasn’t specific time for women to use the facilities first they said from 12 pm to 2 pm ( 2 hours ) for women but unfortunately there wasn’t any privacy, we asked the receptionist and he said this time for men and women mix.

The staffs of the hotel are very welcoming. From the guy from the entrance, to the lobby receptionist, to the hotel porter, to the housekeeping dept and the mezzanine staffs. They were very helpful and they respond right away to our queries and requests. The hotel itself is amazing. The rooms are so spacious and clean. The breakfast is superb.

Whilst there are substantial options for breakfast some of the dishes would not necessarily be considered suitable for breakfast. It requires a little more thought on the options. Quality of the food is not in question.

Current traffic diversions are challenging and make getting to the property difficult at times.

Parking entrance and exit are very narrow for an SUV, It will be a great luxury addition if there is a tanning bed in the health club since there is no outside pool (just a suggestion)
