The outdoors with access to the restaurants available on site Mr Namzul who kindly took time to share some information about the culture, the customs and all that with very respectful and high standards manners 👍 Other employees of the hotel were also really nice and helpful, I shared a lot of comments on Google maps too, and I will highly recommend this hotel. I hope to be back soon to Riyadh and enjoy the evolution of the neighborhood maybe? And more surely, this time with my husband, enjoying one of the best place I've ever stayed at ❤️

The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and professional. Service was excellent from start to finish. The room was super comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed in a classic style. I really appreciated that they accommodated my request for early check-in and late check-out with no issue. They welcomed my guests smoothly, and when I arranged for a makeup artist, I didn’t need to coordinate much—just a quick confirmation call from reception. They also brought my phone to my room when I forgot it and delivered my restaurant order past midnight with no hassle. The facilities were top-notch.

Honestly, nothing stood out as negative during my stay.

My recent stay wasn’t as good as the previous ones. House keeping staff were extremely loud, didn’t have a good sleep, the room didn’t seem to have a good sound insulation. water in the bathroom wasn’t continuously hot. House keeping took forever to come. Also, upon check in & out I waited for a long time for baggage collection and no one showed up upon check out. It’s a nice hotel but I’ve noticed a decline in speed of service. Will give it another chance next time.

First, the french style taking over every single thing at the hotel. Second, the hotel staff were SUPER helpful and friendly. Third, the safety I felt there as I was a bit worried to be a solo traveler in Riyadh. And last but not least, the location, everything is super close to me so I can get any place in a maximum of 30 mins with traffic including the airport, and if I need something delivered, it gets to the hotel very easily and fast. P.s. forgot to mention the DELICIOUS food they have at the restaurants at the ground floor.

A bit noisy in the early morning hours by housekeeping and other guests (also sometimes late at night by neighbors, I can hear through the walls)

All was great,just did not manage to book a massage appointment at the Loccitane spa as they were fully booked ,but managed to use their facilities which was perfect-would like to come back again as we were rushing and were only given an hour for in house guest

Staying at Mansard Riyadh was an overall nice experience, largely thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. It's apparent they receive excellent training, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast served was varied and delicious, catering to all tastes and starting the day on a high note. My room was a pleasant surprise – spacious, nicely furnished, and very clean.

My room was on side with the busy highway in front of the hotel. This led to ongoing noise issues, disrupting my sleep at night. A receptionist tried to find me another room but he was unsuccessful due to the hotel reaching full capacity. However, there is a note of optimism, as the hotel staff have indicated plans for enhancing the soundproofing of the windows to better accommodate future guests. Furthermore, I wasn't happy to discover that the SPA was not yet operational, contrary to the description of the listing on Booking. Currently, only the pool and gym can be used, the other SPA facilities are not yet available. My anticipation for a proper SPA hotel experience was a key factor in choosing Mansard Riyadh, making its absence a significant disappointment.

Location is crap, but Riyad I guess there's not much stuff there in general, you can hear religios songs quite loud at night from nearby mosque, but they aren't very long, Personel was using guest elevators, and food delivery at Saddies cafe took very long time + personel didn't know much about the order and etiquette of delivery

the hospitality was amazing the service was perfect, Bader & Abdulwahab from reception were wmazing and provided me with a great service on my birthday. Maha also supported us and was doing her best to provide the best experience. I will definitely come back soon. Rooms are clean and comfy too

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mansard I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hospitality at this hotel was top-notch. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and ensure that all my needs were met. The lobby was beautifully designed with a warm and welcoming ambiance. The entire hotel exuded a sense of comfort and luxury. the food it was outstanding the hotel's restaurant offered a diverse menu with a range of delectable dishes to choose from. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food was always fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The service at Mansard was truly exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had.
