The hotel is really nice, clean, quiet and definitely worth to stay at. We were unexpectedly given even better room then had booked. Like everywhere in Saudi you should rent a car to reach that place comfortably. There’s also underground parking in the hotel. No issues occurred when checking in with woman you’re not married to when staying at the same room. Owner/director of the hotel Mr. Omar truly makes his best to fulfill one’s every wish as well as every employe at the front desk.

However, as this softly could be truly excellent kind of international hotel, the staff should improve their language skills, as none of languages is spoken sufficiently, especially english.

A very large room in a big hotel on a busy road. Very large room on 2nd floor. Large, comfy double bed with extra pillows and duvet. Two small couches in room, Carpet partially covered floor. Room contained sink, cooker, microwave, fridge, some glasses. Tea/coffee, sugar and a small kettle. Small tables on each side of bed. Several plug sockets next to fridge. Air conditioning. TV on wall. Box of tissues on large coffee table. Large windows. En-suite bathroom with shower jell and shampoo, 2 bars of soap large bathtowels, one hand towel bath mat. Toilet paper. Good shower with hot water and good power. Bathroom slippers. Brekfast included, simple, some kind of chicken stew and boiled eggs, tea-coffee and break also some chips and some local Arabic food. Lift/elevator to all floors. Staff very helpful and friendly. Carpark next to hotel, MacDonalds is a 5-minute walk. 15 minute drive to Riyadh city centre.

Room too large for one person, Staff didn't speak English. Far from centre, not many eating choices in walkable distance. Hotal has no printer for pinting documents. A little expensive.

The hotel is located close to the airport with easy access to the highway with FREE PARKING on site. The rooms are CLEAN for Saudi standard ; The showers are outdated but was surprisingly clean . The small touches of providing fresh Fruit, water and coffee in the room was a ++ ; The complimentary breakfast is served buffet style on the mezzanine floor and it’s decent. Overall I recommend it for families and solo business travelers. Also the room smells so good due to the scent diffusers being operated around the property!

The showers need work!

The location was good - there are restaurants within walking distance but the roads are not well designed for walking. Also, within short driving distance to most of the malls in the area if you escape the traffic hours! Staff members were kind and friendly- always happy to help. The room space is great and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but enough with a variety of the main dishes.

Getting taxi service including Uber a bit challenging in the area. The hotel entrance is a bit weird, the main entrance by car is in the back of inside building, no entrance facing the street.

The room is super clean, breakfast acceptable. The staff is approachable and friendly. They work hard and clean the room well. Water heater is working and the water is hot. There is microwave to heat the food and also ref. We had a great stay!

A far from the city. Not allowed for early check in. - just informed them if you reach late or come early.

I liked how quiet it was and how close it was to the exhibition center. I also like that there was a bedroom and separate dedicated living space. Staff were helpful and very professional.

It was hard to find the place because there was no clear signs. Also, the room didn’t have an iron, the microwave didn’t work, and there was not enough electrical outlets.

The hotel itself is a decent option for a short stay in Riyadh. Rooms are very big, with AC and good internet. You can park there free of charge, without having to reserve your place. Breakfast was decent and staff extremely friendly. Reception is open 24h and check out time is 3pm, which is very convenient.

Rooms are a bit noisy during the night.

Thankfully I got upgated to a bigger room and the queen size bed there was soooo comfortable (a very rare thing in lower-cost hotels), so I will be coming back there for my night sleep before early flight next day. The reception staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel.

We are staying in room number 118, which faces the roadside. Unfortunately, we noticed that noise from outside is coming into the room at night. This affected our overall comfort. We suggest improving the soundproofing to enhance the guest experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Al Farhan Hotel Qurtuba. The staff were incredibly serviable and welcoming, going above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Sultan for his exceptional kindness and attentiveness—he truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!
