The staff members were expetional. Manager Anwar was one of the best I've ever met. He leads highly motivated, experienced customer service focused team members. I would like to name a few; Riyadh, Sultan, Wejdan, and the rest of the front desk team. Aslo Aizaz from the car ride section. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Also, I would like to mention that executive lounge area staff were amazing, to say the least.

I constantly have to update my room key because every time my mobile phone gets in contact with the room key, it deactivates it. It would be good to have a different approach to stop this issue.

Space for work (very good disk), lighting system is amazing, bathroom can be open to the room with privacy for the shower and toilet, bathtub, the coffee machine was a grand addition...

The parking was not easy access, I had to show the card to the security every time, I had to take 2 elevators to go to my car which was annoying... not a big deal though..

1) The receptionist at check-in time was excellent. All the staff were friendly. 2) The hotel is very clean 3) There are lot of varieties in the breakfast buffet

1) There is a huge gap between the price in Booking and at the reception. The price at the reception is lower by 40%!! For sure I paid with the Booking’s price. But, what is the reason of this huge gap? 2) There is no sound insulation specially from the next room (interconnect). The privacy was poor. 3) The receptionist at check-out time needs more training to professionally behave with customers. 4) some of the TV channels’ signal were poor

The breakfast on the third floor was excellent and the service provided was very pleasant

The sink was area was dirty and accumulating debris under the piece of wood

We arrived in the morning and they gave us a room for the day, before we could check into our room. Great service by the staff.

We booked a car through the hotel and the driver was a bit sneaky about payment, trying to ask for more money.

The JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh staff they were exceptional. I’ve been to a lot of hotels around the world never see staff like JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh.

1/being late preparing the room 2/everyone should be very careful especially who has reserved by booking or other apps …see why belew. 3/ the receptionist charged me extra breakfast cost while it was already reserved by booking , beside I inform him “I have it with breakfast”but he Unfortunately insisted and neglected my words . 4/ booking helped me to get my refund back 5/ insisting some staff to mention their names and praise them..

The staffs are friendly and nice. They upgraded our room for free and gave us some complimentary fruits. Special thanks to the receptionist Riyadh, for his kindness and hospitality.

Please add another layer of curtains in the toilet.

Maybe less convenient about the swimming pool arrangement since been divided into different gender, probably to be more flexible for family session
