A Wonderful Stay! I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! The service was of the highest quality, and the staff were exceptionally professional and welcoming, making my stay truly comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect, with everything conveniently close by, from restaurants to nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel’s restaurants offer a delicious variety of dishes that cater to all tastes. Beautiful hotel located in a very lively street and good access to most of Riyadh activities and districts. Staff were amazing and tried to help as much as they could. Restaurant options in the back were very diverse and room size and amenities were top notch.

Balcony was dusty although I feel no way to remove such. No breakfast buffet seems to be available at the property other than room service. Access to back restaurants was never highlighted, it was discovered by chance and was amazing addition to the stay. Valet could improve as they used bar code to request the car and although requested the car daily 10-15 minutes before going down, and although when we arrived at the hotel entrance it was noted not to be peek crowded time still the cars was always still not brought up causing major inconvenience to the family.

breakfast buffet was way below the expected standard. unclear simulation, unclear journey, you can’t tell where is what, and honestly the supervisor made me feel as if i was coming from the stone age, while the problem was clear. Some people might think that they have to figure things out, but as a professional customer i know that i expect to have a seamless experience specially when it comes to breakfast buffets in a luxurious, well known host like Fairmont.

The services provided and amenities such as the female rooftop pool were great, all and each of the staff working in the hotel are amazing and they truly transformed this experience to a whole new level!

The overpriced room dining menu and foods provided in the hotel, in exchange of the quality especially because I paid so much with having a trouble to even finish the food, this could be a point to hold me back as food is considered a big part of the overall experience.

The level of luxury and tranquility combined in a lush way that makes want to stay much longer to indulge myself deeper! Special thanks to soheil, the bill boy Mohamed, Renad , and I think her was Lulu at the reception.

Was not much, however I appreciate the fact that the hotel wanted me to feel that my needs have been met and they wanted to give me more, that was why they had to call me after every request or order I made to ensure that I was satisfied enough, so those frequent calls were a bit disturbing !

I'll cut to the point the property was cozy and neat because room sizes aren't big, you'll feel like everything is close to you when needed, this place would be my 1st choice next visit wasn't crowded it also has private parking in basement what makes this unique is the size of the balcony and terrace. Everything I like in this place the smell of the elevators was nice they have installed diffusers everywhere; Finally, Staff is super friendly and welcoming. I have to point out they have upgraded me to larger apartment which was great for same price of what I was booking this is something I have to mention. Thanks a lot for the pleasant stay.

Since our stay was in Jan its cold in Riyadh and the main problem was the water heater (boiler ) Not sure what's wrong with it the water was so cold after calling and sending the engineer it was fixed but not properly you have to run the hot water for some time in order to get it worm and hot enough for you When I ask it seems there was a problem in the plumbing system. Sound prof wasn't good enough. I can actually hear my next-door room singing at night lol the noise was so near that if you just focus a little, you'll be able to hear what he is saying. Kitchen was perfectly equipped with all appliances Just there is no tools no dishes pans pots and Cutlery.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Wafaa a trainee in the reception, she helped me confirm a booking in a restaurant and made another one by her recommendation and it was great. And I loved the attention to the little details in the room , like the appliances so clean and new

They should put pictures more detailed of the suite in profile at the booking page, because it’s not shown that it has 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen with a dishwasher and stove and oven, a big fridge with freezer, it was new and really amazing

Very friendly, smiling and welcoming staff (Faisal, nasser front desk), Ayyam from concierge and rest of the team! Amazing! We got 1 bedroom apartment, it was very nicely setup and clean. Good space for small families (couples or with 1 child). Location wise, between 15-30mins from main Riyadh attractions which is very convenient. I would definitely consider Fairmount Ramla in my next stay and would recommend it!

The apartment was 2 bedrooms and 2 and half bathrooms We were 5 people There is grocery store near by The apartment is full equipped with everything The kitchenette was more than enough but you need to order the plates and glasses and utensils from the reception Location was good as it was “almost” half way to everything The rooms are comfortable and the staff were Exceptional and knowledgeable

The washing machine doesn’t dry clothes So we had to invent drying methods The noise from the nearby construction site

Everything from checking desk till checkout time. Staff all are friendly and helpful. Rooms are bigger size and nice view on higher floor. Location is close to restaurant, coffee shop. Room service is well supportive all the time. This is my second time staying with my Family there, and surely will be always my stay once I come to Riyadh.

Price is high, bathroom size is smaller, entrance to the hotel is full of cars. For me it is ok, but others might don't line the Noice coming from outside due to busy area/street just down the Residences.
