The location is really good, you can even walk around to the metro station in less than 5 minutes. There are cafes near by and you can walk to Ans bin malik road for more restaurants options. The hotel was new, really clean, great vibes in the place. I would like to thank "Aisha" from reception for her great welcome and professional work. The standard rooms are really spacious, nice bed and bathrooms. I liked the breakfast as well.

they could improve on the door sound proofing, my room was near the evaluators and I could hear the people moving. Also, the top floor doesn't get good mobile reception, which is not their fault, but if you are using payment portal that uses mobile network, then it doesn't work. I had to wait for both the dining and laundering people while they were trying to connect with the machine, and they told me that this happens always on the top floor.

Although I have previously stayed at several five-star hotels in Riyadh, none have matched the level of service, hospitality, and attention to detail that your establishment provides. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Mahmoud Al-Sagga at the restaurant on the second floor for his outstanding service and professionalism. His dedication truly enhanced my experience. The room was impeccably clean, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and reflected the high standards upheld by your management team. I can easily say that staying at Novotel Sahafa was one of the nicest stays in Riyadh. I often travel to Riyadh for work and meetings, and although choices of hotels are vast, finding a place reasonably priced and offers comfort and a sense of high luxury is hard to find, and Novotel nailed it. In fact, it's considered expensive for a 4-star hotel, but it is an issue in Riyadh, especially during high seasons. I LOVED the drip coffee they offered complimentary at rooms, that was the cream on top of the cake, usually hotels either offer Nespresso machines or instant coffee, but Novotel offered this high quality, delicious drip coffee, which made waking up in the morning feels homey and nice. Hope the hotel will keep this exceptional level.

The breakfast could be better. During my stay, the place got overcrowded, and the area was very small for such a big hotel. The choices were sufficient; it's just the layout of the buffet.

The hotel is new and everything worked well. The check-in staff were courteous (reception looked too small for such a big hotel). Breakfast excellent. It was quite close to Boulevard City where I wanted to go. The staff offered to give me late check out too... on the whole nice stay. Their water bottle is trendy and sustainabile friendly. Lights and fixtures are easy to manage. Interesting coffee packets (not sure if it works) and all paper and wood toiletries... don't know if cutting wood to replace plastic is good idea...

Nothing actually... I didn't use gym and pool so I can't tell. Didn't find any restaurants or shops in the vicinity...

I would like to share my experience at the hotel which I highly recommend to all my friends and family. My best experience was at first once I checked in where I met three wonderful professional ladies [ Ann,Amera and Aeshea] who really encouraged me to come back again inshallah in the future Also my appreciation goes to John lary at the hotel coffee shop who show us the hospitality of the hotel. I really hope to come again.

Great hotel. Clean. Welcoming staff. Quick check-in. Safe. Lobby has plenty of areas for meeting or working, low and high tables. Free yummy Dates and Arabic coffee daily. The porter Mohammed helped me with a small issue from a Taxi, that was really kind of him. Water, tea and coffee in the room.

The light automation was hard to set in the room, sometimes activating on its own. Same goes for the AC. Not a big deal.

The staff were very kind and courteous, the breakfast was good, the room was spacious and comfortable and provided all the required amenities. The location of the hotel helped me avoid downtown traffic.

The selection of cheese and coffee at the breakfast could be improved. Occasionally the room service would come to clean up the room at around 16:30pm despite the fact that I had vacated the room at 08:00am to attend my business the whole day.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. The room is very comfortable and clean.

POOL IS FOR MEN ONLY. There is a room the size of a storage room that is supposed to be a ladies gym with almost no equipment. Price is the same but women won’t have access to the all facilities - and it’s not written anywhere. It should be clearly highlighted to allow guests to make the booking according to their needs.

Likes: Had a fantastic family stay with comfortable rooms, a great swimming pool, delicious food, and easy access to major attractions. Impressed by the prompt room service—despite my doubts, a technician arrived at 11:30 PM to fix the TV issue. Dislikes: The breakfast menu was the same for all three days. No matter how good the quality, repetition takes away the excitement.

I travel for work to Riyadh. The location of the hotel was the main reason for the booking. In the end, the hotel was much better than I expected. Breakfast was very complete and nice. Clearly a place to return.

The room desk is not the most confortable, and I needed to work remotely. So this is something to improve. Also the limited offer in the cafe/restaurant in the ground level.
