Mr Bader Algahtani is nice person. His welcome, service and communication is very good. I am repeatedly coming to this hotel by considering his service. All other staff members also very cooperative and helpful. I recommend all to avail services and facilities provided by this hotel.

Restaurant has very limited options Noise cancellation in the room (I was hearing the ones walking outside) Parking is challenging our driving skills A lot of construction works around and loud noise

Efficient hotel , good sized room. Nice bathroom.

Lack of care from hotel staff. No clean towels after night 2, no additional water ,teas,coffees, added to the room either, poor communication

I didn't like the following: The timings of the breakfast The elevator and its handle and mirror The water sink in my room toilet (that it's auto open and closed!)

- The room is clean. - The food was delicious and good. The guy who works at the restaurant was good, nice, and kind.

- Normal welcoming treatment from the recipients. - When I checked out the room, the recipient did not say a sing word, even when I say thank you, she did not reply.

It was a regular breakfast and nothing very special. But overall it is good.

Our room has no Window View which for me is a very relaxing feature of the room.

The hotel is excellent The reception is good and humble The room is beautiful. Outside noise, but the Egyptian Ahmed helped us a lot, thanks to him

The location is very near to Winter wonder land and the Boulevard world 👍🏻 The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly

Construction around the area 🥺 couldn’t sleep even in the weekends, except Friday. sometimes there is bad smells comming from the bathroom
