While my overall stay was pleasant due to the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere of the property, I was quite disappointed with the attitude of most of the reception staff. Unfortunately, many of them lacked basic customer service skills and didn’t even offer a smile or a warm welcome, which made the experience feel uninviting EXCEPT for the one who handled my check-in he did it smoothly and the one who assist me in finding an electrical converter. However, I want to highlight and thank Mr. Hamza, Mr. Sushanet, and Mr. Hazem AlRashed for their professionalism and exceptional service, their helpful and behavior truly stood out and played a major role in the high rating I gave.

A special thank you to Mohammad Archad from the gusts service team — his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. Staff. Specially Arsath bell boy, was available at all times making sure all needs are met with efficiency and care. Also Asif Ali was excellent and professional

The breakfast area at the lobby were charging 100+ for breakfast which is acceptable for a hotel,however the tables were unclean, dirty cups and food crumbs everywhere on all the empty tables and the waiter was just standing there smiling. So I decided to eat somewhere else because at this point the place is not worthy of 1$.

I liked everything in this hotel, cleanliness, spacious apartment, and very nice pool, also they have a nice outdoor play area. There was also a small nice pool for younger kids, my kids really loved their stay. Also I would like to mention very friendly staff especially: Hamza, Anemul, and Gulam, very very helpful.

I had a great experience at the hotel reception. Sara and Al-Jowhara were welcoming, professional, and made check-in smooth and quick. They were attentive to all my requests, and their friendly attitude set a positive tone for my stay. When I thought of extending my stay, I didn't hesitate to continue at the same hotel because of the excellent service I received. I felt well taken care of from the moment I arrived.

Spacious room and bathroom, recycling measures in house, free parking, close to metro station

There was a lot of noise in the corridor and nearby rooms that travelled across the surfaces and structure of the building, housekeeping standard was average

The apartment was spacious. It had three toilets. The windows were from floor to ceiling. They provided a washing machine and a dishwasher which were convenient. They also provided a large bottle of drinking water. The building is safe. Only those with cards can access the elevator and the car parking area. There was always a parking space available during our stay.

The washing machine does not have a drying cycle. They only provided Nespresso tablets once during our stay.
