I am delighted with my stay at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the services provided are top-notch. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, making my experience truly enjoyable. The ambiance is relaxing, and I feel completely at ease here. First of all, the hotel was new, clean, and located in an amazing location , which was great . I’d like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Abdullah for his warm smile and welcoming attitude. When I was nervous after losing my luggage at the airport, he went out of his way to reassure me. His exceptional help made me feel special, as if I were the only guest in the hotel. I truly appreciate his kindness

Everything, staff, amenities and the location

3 major construction sites as of April 2025 around the hotel that started work at 6 am each day. Without my travel ear plugs I wouldn’t be able to cope. I didn’t check before selecting this hotel so that was my fault. Plus the stuff warned me about it during the check in. So that’s on me.

The rooms excellent, the breakfast, pool, the parking, but overall the kindness , dedication and eficiency of the team of the hotel, and specially Mr. Abdulah, the manager who helped us in everything, making all simple and so kind with my family. I must say that because my wife felt bad one evening, people of the hotel offered us to acompany me to a pharmacy with his own car to get the medicine that helped her to recover. Thank you so much. I strongly recomend this hotel... and location is perfect.

Those days were, like in almost everywhere in the city recently, two big construction with machine and drills working 24 h non stop. The hotel couldn't avoid it but helped us to get the best room far from the noise and change it again when was necessary again. That's the point. When you have a need and the hotel do the best as far as possible.

New and clean

‎‏I had a small issue at first, but it got sorted out quickly. Huge thanks to abdullah the front desk manager, for his professional and luxurious hospitality and his team at the front desk . The hotel is great, with a really dedicated staff and exceptional service. The Green House gives it a cool, unique vibe. I’d definitely come back. Great hospitality all around

That it was clean and price was good. Note that hotel itself gave me double the price of booking. Was glad that i use booking.com for most my bookings.

There was construction work around the hotel. While i was staying in the high levels (17th floor), i still was bothered by the construction work going on 24/7 (all night). I am sure this is temporary, but it affected my sleeping.

The place is quiet, peace, clean, so much comfortable, the reception was great Mr.ABDULLAH, all where helpful team, sure I’ll book again here if i come back again to Riyadh
