Friendly staff and comfortable and clean property. Receptionist receiving us was very friendly. the car park is a bonus especially in that area where there is no parking space available.

Location is good for someone attending business near by, other than that the location is not good. the basement parking is great if not used by employees of adjacent government organizations. they were occupying the parking lot. Hotel should make parking accessible only for residence with their door keys.

The bedroom was very large and comfortable. There is a very nice outside seating area to enjoy a coffee. There is also an excellent reception cafeteria serving nice coffee. The gymnasium is fantastic (although only open to ladies in the mornings). The breakfast is nice.

The gymnasium was only open to ladies in the morning time, which was inconvenient. The coffee served for breakfast (which I paid for) was only instant coffee, however the staff did resolve this issue and made me a fresh coffee from the cafeteria.

Good hotel overall, large rooms which were comfortable and clean. The bed was great, staff were good, and location was good.

The quality of the fittings and finishing of the room was poor. The towel rack fell of the wall, and the shower didn't drain unless you removed the grate. Breakfast wasn't great - despite the fact there was an espresso machine they only offered instant coffee, and simple things were missing like milk for the cornflakes.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, overall was a good stay and the suites areas are perfect.

Minor things, the side lights were not fixed properly, pillows are a bit high and not soft, no usb plugs, dim lights in the bedroom.

The room was amazing, very big and clean. All facilities worked. People were there to help with AC Services.

I didn't like the how when showering the water spilled out the tray onto the main bathroom floor. I think the pull was not draining the water quick enough.

The breakfast bar was basic. I did not check nor used the facilities in the hotel, but the hotel is small so do not get your expectations high. There is a car parking in the basement in case you have a car.

The bathroom is small. The shower has no shelves to put soap or shampoo on. The room window is small and it was screened with black film preventing sunlight from entering the room. The staff stated that this is to keep the temperature low and avoid overheating the room.

Rooms are big, clean towels and bedsheets, free parking under the hotel. It's a good location to drive everywhere (in Riyadh you need to have your own car to see something). You can check-in at anytime which is handy if you have a night flight.

Receptionists don't speak English, only the Indian guys at the breakfast do. Not much variety at the breakfast.

staff are very helpful, food quality is acceptable and clean. Gym, coffee shop, and outdoor lounge are good additions. underground parking available but a bit tricky to navigate with a large car/SUV.

Windows available for the street facing rooms, but need maintenance as they are not sealed well. Road noise and dust smell during a sand storm. Room lights controls are either by the door or at the main desk in the room, at least a main switch can be by the bed.
