I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, with a special mention to Nahal from reception, who was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and Ibtissam, the Public Relations Officer, who ensured every detail was perfect. Their hospitality truly made a difference in my stay. I especially loved the comfortable rooms and the cozy atmosphere, and the hotel's originality was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of options—from fresh pastries and fruits to well-prepared hot dishes, catering to all tastes. The location was another highlight! Conveniently situated near the main attractions and easily accessible, it made my trip smooth and enjoyable. Plus, being close to the main street made it ideal for business travelers. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others!

In general the hotel was good, but the thing which was really amazing that the Staff were very supportive, kind, etc.. special Thanks to Public Relations Officer Ms. Ebtisam she was following my reservation before even I arrived to the hotel till the moment of check out. This is an indication of the hotel vision to keep the customers feel comfortable and happy.

honestly I faced a small issue regarding the reservation payment which was supposed to be done at the moment of arrival, but unfortunately the Hotel process the payment before the arrival date without notifying me ..

The breakfast was delicious as well as the coffee. The staff were really helpful and understanding and overall it was a really satisfying stay. The cafe downstairs was also a pleasant surprise as well as the coffee was excellent and it was convenient in the afternoons and late evenings

There were only a few occasions where we had trouble with the wi-fi on our phones as well as the tv where it just wouldn’t connect. It always worked in the end it just took some time.

The pillows were too puffy and stiff. No 24 hours room service , no laundry service.

The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, and the service was impressively quick. They also accommodated my request to extend my stay until 2 PM without any hassle.

Everything was great, but I wish the breakfast had more variety. Also, the honey ran out; however, when I asked, the staff searched and managed to find one piece while sincerely apologizing. I recommend improving this aspect.

Location is good. Close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was a good spread, hygienic, healthy and tasty. Rooms are clean with a good WiFi. They upgraded me to a superior room when there was smell in my bathroom. All staff are very helpful, especially Ibtisam at the front desk and Raju, bellboy.

Overpriced. No iron box in room. Room size is small for the money.

My stay was enjoyable with good service and clean facilities, I recommend the hotel and thank you for a pleasant visit.
