This was a great 4* hotel that cannot compete with the big players (Riyad's Hilton, Fairmont, Movenipck) but then again its price cannot compete either (meaning it is quite lower!). I stayed for a month after relocating from UAE. I was on the 7th floor and the traffic noise was at 40% (where 0% is dead silence and 100% you cannot sleep AT ALL). If you are sensitive a pair of earplugs will do the trick ( I tried it and couldn't hear a thing), otherwise if you are a heavy sleeper you won't even notice. The same goes for the nearby mosque sound levels. The bed has a regular matress but on top of it they have places a softer overmat that makes sleeping very comfortable. Pillows are good. WiFi was not an issue, albeit I had to change a few times between 2-3 available. But generaly not an issue at all. Breakfast was very good with lots of hot and cold items (international buffet) including honey directly from a piece of bee hive that you could cut and eat. Very healthy and positively surprised that they offered that. They offer dinner for 60SAR which is also very good. Location is excellent very close to my office (KAFD). The avenue infront of the hotel is very heavy on traffic but this is not the hotel's fault, it's everywhere in Riyadh. Special thanks to the GM, Mr. Khaled for his generosity and hospitality.

The room, the breakfast service, the staff as well as the coffee, dates and lemon water at the lobby, the roof top view + services, the location of the hotel, all were excellent. I did not try the gym room, but it looked packed with enough equipment to suit everyone's needs.

Minor issues that can easily be rectified: The room service was a little slow. An extra 15/20 minutes was unexpectedly added to the wait. I had a massage by a good masseur. The only issue was he broke wind and the smell stayed in the room for a good 5 minutes and, I could not leave the room at the time. Another issue was he didn't speak much English and I had to use Arabic to communicate with him. The reception struggled to understand some of my requests in English. The room did not have a QR code for the room service menu.

It's a nice hotel, rooms are good and clean enough. Staff very friendly and helpful. Payment through booking.com was easy and without problems. Location is great, many local restaurants and shops nearby - can actually walk to them. 10 min by car from Boulevard City/World and about 20-25 min from Airport.

There is indeed noise from the highway close by, and it's not a zero noise window, but the noise inside the room is much less than outside, and if the AC is on, the AC is louder and masks the outside traffice noise quite well. Other hotels in Riyadh are also at noise streets, as there is traffic everywhere.... But if you are really really sensitive, try another place probably.

My recent stay at Grand Plaza Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. Despite a slight delay in preparing my original room, the staff promptly offered me an upgrade without hesitation, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel's prime location added to the overall experience, providing easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants and coffee shops. This, coupled with the exemplary service, ensures that Grand Plaza Hotel will always be my top choice whenever I visit.

All was fine , the room was clean with nice view to king Fahad road , when we arrived we asked for our rooms to be together ,honestly that man at reception Kareem was very helpful and gentile he arrange our rooms for best rooms and next to each other with best view ,it was the fastest check in that i have ever ,thanks a lot Kareem , if we will come to Riyadh again this hotel will be our home .

The hotel is very well located for KAFD and airport, and the city centre. Convenient parking, elegant lobby, comfortable room, excellent views from higher floors.

Hotel management is not on a level of this excellent property. The receptionist's English was poor. Breakfast was passable, but pastries were stale. My bathroom towel had two (!) holes. On checking out, i was asked to wait a few minutes while they inspect my room. Seriously? Haven't had that in a long time. The hotel wrote to me a few times asking to answer some questions, but failed to provide a working link. However, I would still go back - the building and location are great.

Room is clean and comfortable. Gym is nice and accessible at all time. Pool and rooftop restaurant has a nice view Breakfast is nice, additional items can be added to cover more choices. Location is nice.

Breakfast can have wider choices. WIFI was disconnecting at some point, but reconnecting with a high speed connection. Value of money: overall hotel prices are still expensive in Riyadh compared to the same range in the region.

The hotel was good, smooth check-in. They deducted ( not block) 200 Rial security , but they return it cash upon checking out. the room was clean, quiet hotel. Al Romansiah restaurant next to the hotel. But you need always transport or taxi to travel. No close destination.

This place is fantastic, staff is the best. helped us in all way and manners, very polity people. I can not express how much we loved staying there and so friendly all staffs. appreciated for be flexible and let us early checking. they are very professional and the best, if I ever go back definitive, this would be the place to be.

Great location with easy access to KAFD, other districts in Riyadh and many restaurants and cafes are nearby. Very clean and new furniture. Very nice bathroom with rain shower. Bed is very comfortable and sheets are fresh. I would like to thank them for upgrading my room to suite. Definitely will stay again.
