The room was amazing, with city view as showen on the photos , i requested a room on higher floor number which i got I was happy about the stay and will definitely come back again Badria ,from the guests relations was very professional and cooperative The breakfast was fine , maybe they need more options The room is clean , there is ongoing construction around the building which was fine from me but maybe who are looking for quite place wont be agreat option

I’m so thankful to be one of your guest..very friendly staff and super clean and comfortable nice room I got today ..friendly professional team.. Restaurant staff was also very cooperative great Americano coffee... Very sterile and clean environment..especially for my situation as I had eye surgery. I highly recommend.. I was hosted by Ms. Badriya, the reservations manager. She was very helpful and kind. I got an upgrade to my reservation to extend my reservation with them for two more nights. I was treated to a luxurious Saudi coffee and a plate of fruits. Thank you for your kindness.

I ended up booking a stay with Hadab Al Sahafa as I missed my connecting flight back home. I had such a stressful few hours at the airport trying to get my flight rebooked, they couldn’t find my luggage and then had a terrible cab journey to the hotel as the car broke down. When I arrived, I was extremely exhausted and was met with the kind and welcoming Badrih who allowed me to check in early (6am) and also gave me a room upgrade free of charge. She was so lovely and attentive and genuinely probably didn’t realise that she made my whole morning. Breakfast was brought up promptly to my room and I had absolutely no issues with my stay. The room was clean and large and I loved that there was a SmartTV with Netflix, Amazon prime & Airplay etc. As I was only there for about 13 hours, I didn’t get to use any of the facilities but I loved the reception area of the hotel which smelled lovely as they were burning bakhoor. Overall a short but great stay and a special shout out to Ebtisam who was also so lovely and hospitable when I was checking out :)

Ms. Nihal truly distinguished herself among the friendly hotel staff with her exceptional warmth, cooperation, and ongoing follow-up even after my departure. Additionally, she took the extra step to ensure a warm welcome for my next visit to Riyadh.

I wasn't satisfied with the breakfast options available, so I opted to skip it on the second day and ate elsewhere. As a result, I will not pay for breakfast in the future when I book my room. Additionally, I found the noise from nearby construction disruptive, likely due to inadequate window insulation.

The daily dose of hummus and the fresh omelette station were great! Even after two weeks. If there was an issue, the hotel always tried to solve the issue immediately. The personnel were friendly! Many thanks go Rana, Tanvir and Sib Hussain for their friendly service. It was relatively close to the Boulevard Riyadh City where I had my meetings as well as the airport.

I had an issue with the wifi. It was too unstable for me to use for my conference calls. But when I informed the front desk, through brought me an individual router specific to my room. Many thanks again for that! Sometimes, my bar of soap or a towel or two would not be replaced after cleaning. But when I called down to the front desk, they always brought it up immediately. Very helpful.
