The executive suite is very large, and very comfortable. There is a desk in the bedroom to work that is reasonably large, and can even handle an extra screen with your laptop. Overall, very nice suite.

The breakfast is the main weakness out of an otherwise excellent stay. There can be healthier options, maybe more options as well.

The rooms (bedroom and living room with kitchenette) were very spacious. There were two bathrooms: one connected to each room. Affordable price comparing to other hotels in Riyadh.

The space immediately outside the hotel, including its parking space, was dirty. Breakfast selection was somehow limited.

Big space and great furniture

The room cleaning is good but they don't replace soap or towels normally. They remove the soap for some reason and don't replace it !

everything is nice .. the place is comfortable energetic and so clean .. people so friendly especially MR Hussein Antar the manager of the lobby and the restaurant .. so grateful for him and all the stuff

We plan first to take the breakfast and then changed our mind. When we arrived at 09.45 am to restaurant, the staff were busy preparing refreshment food and dishes.

at least one more person at the reception to take care for arrangements instead of leaving the desk with no staff. Another point is the room is not cool enough as the distributions of air by the AC is concentrated in the hall area which makes the room is not quite cool.
