The hotel is in a good location, making it easy to get a car/taxi to most everywhere in the north or central part of the city. The rooms were well maintained and cleaned and the breakfast was really great; well worth including in the booking to start of the day.

Just a small note: the pillows provided on the bed were very hard, so a bit uncomfortable for us. It took us a couple days to realise there were some softer pillows in the closet at the very top (we are very short, so they weren't immediately visible to us). Not a big deal, but might be helpful to know, if you find yourself looking for more pillows!

The staff were very professional and polite, i have faced an issue outside of the hotel's control, and yet they solved it. Breakfast was good and with generous time (6am -11pm) options were limited and not everything was excellent, but it general it's pretty good

Parking was very limited, and decor needs a little update and touch-up, missing the grooming kits(comb,razor,etc)just a few small details that would change the stay from a 7 to a 10

There is no routine that room is cleaned every day, that water is refueled, towels changed. They really need to organize this more. Another thing was that i had to change my card for the room like 20 times during my stay because door lock was not working properly. This was not on one room, this was on few rooms i stayed in

Stayed for a full work week. Location was close to work. Super easy to get a Careem or Uber. Walking distance to many food options. Rooms are good but dated. Service si not Hilton but the breakfast is good and for me the croissants were freshly baked. Overall good value

I stayed already few times. Its very convenient from the airport when you have a long layover. On my return the receptionist remembered me and welcomed me very friendly. I came back with my 2yo son and thats why he offered me more spacious and comfortable room without me even asking for it.

Breakfast options should be improved. As well some music in the breakfast hall will make it more cosy. More coffee options is a must. Wifi connection should be improved. Going up and down the hotel you need to reconnect to different networks and it makes delay.

The location, conveniently near the airport, makes it an ideal choice. The spacious and welcoming entrance creates a positive first impression. Staff are so friendly especially ladies in reception, i arrived early and their was an empty room so allowed me for early checkin. Breakfast is having several options and very nice. Definitely my next trip will be there.

I arrived in the morning around past 9am and I was just hoping I could just change my cloths and leave my bag at the hotel but without expecting the reception allowed me to checkin.. the staffs are really nice.. and the breakfast was nice too.. and they have cost coffee in the hotel..

The Staff is absolutely lovely and the facilities good. If something is requested one is attended to immediately.

I wasn't able to order room service, When calling the number on the "room service menu" the phone isn't picked up........

Rooms are quiet and well sound isolated. clean sheets with clean bathroom.

The pillows are very thick and with my neck ache it was hard to get asleep.. Towels are not enough white being old. I think they should be changed
