During my recent stay at this amazing hotel, I was impressed by its cleanliness and perfection in all aspects. Every corner of the hotel was immaculate, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I would like to extend my special thanks to the receptionist, Nidaa, who played a significant role in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Nidaa's helpfulness and polite demeanor were evident whenever we approached her with requests or questions. She promptly addressed our needs and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Nidaa's exceptional customer service skills and professionalism enhanced our overall experience, and her friendly approach made us feel valued as guests. I am grateful for her assistance and extend my heartfelt gratitude for her exceptional service.

super friendly staff . available and helpful manager ( Mr. Basheer) room is spacious. a lot of shops and services around the hotel club sandwich was great . bed was comfortable

the hotel had a sewer smell . food options were limited . i think u should add few things . some food plates were not covered . each plate should be covered with plastic wrap .

Convenient, clean, friendly staff. Game room super fun for children. Took the room in the middle, very quiet and comfy. Will stay here again.

Broken phone. Some smells in elevator. The American coffee could be better.

The Hotel is very clean, well maintained, good sized rooms with all amenities one could need. Excellent location and a nice coffee shop to lounge.

The checkin and checkout used to be much faster, not sure why it has slowed down. Also the variety in the coffee shop in terms of food is non-existent, granted they do mention that and that there is no room service. Just a thought and area for improvement.

The room doesn’t have nose insulation you can hear everything in the corridor

The location is perfect, many shops, cafes, and restaurants are at walking distance. Also, the property was clean and quiet.

Comfortable bed. Good support, easy and fast checkin and out, and good location.

Could clearly hear people in the hallway and the next door rooms.

Room is clean and furniture is nice Parking is also excellent

entertaining to parking is difficult due to room card does not open the gate nor the basement door to enter the hotel
