The location is good, nearby a supermarket, few restaurants with different cuisine and just off the highway which make it perfect for people coming out of town. The room is spacious and clean Breakfast was decent. Mostly middle eastern variety. Fruits were available but not much veggies specially greens. The staff were nice, helpful with smile

The only problem was the bathroom sink was not draining well. I mentioned that to the reception and the lady offered to send someone right away to take care of it. So if you noticed something you don't like just let them know and they will fix it

One of the best options for housing in Tabuk in terms of price, cleanliness, location and even the treatment of employees. The hotel is very close to all the main services (airport, restaurants, cafes, gas station, supermarket and also the farthest place is about a quarter of an hour)، The staff service for the customer is very great at the same time of booking, contact me through the private messages in the application to find out the details when the arrival time and do I have any special requests and indeed I ordered two separate beds and my request was met I also asked because of the time of the return flight that my exit from the hotel would be delayed, and indeed this was done in cooperation with the staff and the time of the exit was delayed.

An absolutely amazing hotel! The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the staff, from reception to housekeeping, are incredibly professional and friendly. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and quick with no hassle. I arrived in Tabuk, and it was very cold, but as soon as I entered the room, it was perfectly warm and cozy. The room was also very quiet, with excellent soundproofing, which made my stay super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tabuk!

The Hotel was clean throughout, staff attentiveness was very good, especially at reception Mostafa & the 2 ladies did a great job in making sure that any query was dealt with promptly, the hotel duty manager was instantly visible & accessible / to oversee the daily operation to a point where he could intervene to provide assistance the second it looked like it might be useful - the restaurant is available 24 hours, the menu choice was good & meals were tasty using fresh ingredients. The hotel exceeded my expectations especially given that Tabuk is a long way from any of the main cities.

The hotel is just 5 minutes drive from Tabuk airport. Family apartments are a speciality of this Hotel. The hotel is brand new and well maintained and very clean. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly. Mr. Musthafa and Ms. Mona at the reception deserves special mention. They were so helpful and would get back to all our queries on time. It was with great pleasure that i sat at the lobby watching them receive their guests and politely tending them. Keep up the good work

The pillow covers need to be bigger so that the pillow becomes more comfy

I stayed in Enala executive suite for 2 nights. The property is conveniently located near the airport, with a supermarket, Nahdi Pharmacy, and a coffee shop nearby. The rooms are spacious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent hospitality

The hotel is a truly lovely place with all the necessary amenities, and conveniently close to the airport. We were lucky to get an upgrade of our booking free of charge, and the new room looked like an actual apartment. Many thanks to the ladies at the reception for their warm welcome and support!

This hotel was a perfect match for my 2 week trip to Tabuk.. it is a good starting point if you are planning to go to Neom. The included breakfast is so good all the team had a full belly for their long day. The room was clean and spacious with great room service. The parking facility is huge with shade in the morning. The most exceptional thing I liked is the wonderful staff .. always so positive and helpful especially Mustafa at night and Alanood at day not to forgetting kitchen staff who are available 24/7! Thank you Enala staff for making our trip a very comfortable one. looking forward to staying with you again
