I loved every part of the experience! The nature, the atmosphere, the clean villa and comfortable bed, the yummy welcoming sweets, the private pool and the trees surrounding them and didn’t mind the leafs falling on the pool as it is clean and fresh, the friendly and professional staff, providing all of our requests and hospitality, the breakfast was abundant and the ingredients are excellent quality and the pastries and baked goods are delicious, the entertainment center was well occupied with entertainment facilities the kids loved it, I didn’t tried the Spa yet but very keen to try it my next visit, morning stroll in the middle of July heat was a blast the weather was very nice in the morning 29 degrees, definitely will come back inshallah!

I was surprised there are so few people not sure why but liked the quietness though, I also appreciate the professionalism of the reception staff but there were a calls of offering a late check out and then another call to dismiss that and it has confused us a little bit but then an honest apology and clarification was initiated, so happy with the final results.

Location: Approximately 1 hour from Riyadh, with a scenic 3km drive to the gate, where guests can enjoy a unique experience spotting animals like giraffes along the way. Reception and Staff: The welcoming reception set the tone for an exceptional stay. The staff, from reception to guides and restaurant crew, provided outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable experience. Thanks to Yousef for visiting us during dinner. Dining: Dinner at the steakhouse was a highlight, with perfectly cooked steaks and desserts that struck the right balance of sweetness. Special mention to Gley for their excellent service. For lunch, we enjoyed Indian cuisine at another restaurant, where Chef Marley's dishes were a hit with our party. Alden's service was also commendable. Accommodation and Gardens: The villa was stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens that transported us to Bali or Africa. The presence of flamingos and guinea fowl roaming freely added to the charm. The tea house was a lovely spot to spend the night. Activities: We enjoyed mini golf, the indoor playplace, and rejuvenating spa treatments. With many activities to explore, such as zoo safaris, free cinema, and bowling, we're already planning our next visit. Overall: This resort offers a unique blend of luxury, adventure, and relaxation, making it an ideal getaway for families and couples alike. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning soon.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Nofa Radisson Collection Resort for one night, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. We chose to stay over as we were visiting the Nofa Wildlife Park, and we couldn’t have made a better decision. We stayed in a one-bedroom bungalow villa with a private swimming pool, and it exceeded all our expectations. The villa was beautifully presented, exceptionally spacious, and spotlessly clean. It came with plenty of thoughtful amenities that added to our comfort. The highlight was undoubtedly our private outdoor area, featuring a heated pool with jets—truly an amazing space to relax and unwind. For dinner, we dined at The Butcher’s Den, and the food was outstanding. The portions were generous, the flavors were spot-on, and the service from the staff was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and professional. The next morning, breakfast was equally impressive, with a vast selection of delicious options, including a live cooking station where the chef prepared fresh dishes to perfection. Again, the service was top-notch. Of course, a major highlight was visiting the Nofa Wildlife Park, which was an unforgettable experience. It’s a must-see for anyone staying at the resort, offering a unique opportunity to get up close with incredible wildlife. The entire resort is immaculately maintained—clean, beautifully landscaped, and thoughtfully designed. If you prefer not to walk, convenient golf carts are available to take you around, making it easy to explore the grounds. A special mention must go to Asif from the concierge team, who took exceptional care of us during both our arrival and departure. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and even the personal tour of the resort made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. Additionally, the villa cleaning staff member Anadid (I hope I’ve got his name correct) did a fantastic job, ensuring our villa was spotless and comfortable throughout.

The location, Hotel, Service, and the breakfast were all amazing and exceeded my expectations. The staff was very nice, and the breakfast manager was very nice, also the team who help us and welcomed us during the stay. The reception team was very nice and made out stay amazing. Special Thank you to the reception team Ahmed and Adel, also special thank you to the breakfast manager, and the restaurant Team. We stayed in Room 115 and upgraded us to room 147. Also big thank you to the team who was in the animal tour, and the Entertaiment center. We are coming back for sure, and the children loved it.

Nothing really, it was Amazing four days created a lot of memories. You cannot go wrong with the property, the food, the service, and the location, everything is just exceptional. We will come back again.

The resort is beautiful. Golf cart is available all the time to move within the resort area. Restaurants have varieties of food. The Bunglow and garden have good aesthetic. All the staff is very helpful. Asif Ali at reception was very supportive thru our stay. Abdullah at the entertainment centre was very kind and helpful. Dhafer made our safari very comfortable and joyful.

Everything is perfect.

Spectacular location and hotel. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Glay from the restaurant was amazing with kids, engaging and sweet, very professional. All the members of staff were awesome. The hotel was great, like an oasis in the desert. The spa was relaxing. The kids area was very nice too.

There is nothing I can say that I disliked. Maybe, I wish they would clean our garden daily, instead I had to call many times in 2 days to get them to come.

Outstanding quality, venue is excellent.

Drivers of golf karts drive too fast and irresponsibly at night. We like walking on the pathways, but were twice almost run over. There seems to be no regard for pedestrians, and there appears to be no speed limit. The safety risk is unfortunately something the resort will have to manage better.

I liked: >How the African theme dominates everything in the resort. >The staff attitude and hospitality. >The greenery spaces. >The quality of the food in the restaurants. > The diversity of activities at the entertainment center.

>Some of the amenities needs to be repaired or renewed (e.g. lights in the room, gaming machines, the boats and bicycles etc..) >The timing of the outdoor activities needs to be adjusted for summer time ( most of the activities starts at 8 am onward which will be not enjoyable in our heat) >There is no grocery store or any thing a like if you need any supplies. >The activities are mostly overpriced and is not worth the money.(I tried the safari trip at Riyadh season)

Forbidden for mum to go to the main pool, even with modest swimming suit. For family resort it doesn’t make sense anymore.

There are no advantages as you're staying in the hotel in terms of the activities cost...no discount at all. There is no enough choices for the lunch or dinner, only one restaurant is available for lunch and dinner
