The hotel is one of the best in the area. Location and view is great right in front of the sea. The staff is brilliant specially Aeshah, she is extremely helpful and has amazing customer service skills.

WiFi is a big issue also mobile network coverage is not good either. Overall cleanliness is amazing in and out of the room but I think the bathroom shower floor needs to be cleaned up to good standards as well.

Location, cleanliness , comfortable,the staff super friendly, the room is modern, the AC is good, the view is perfect in the sea front , flexible in check out time specially in Ramadan, the response in a call is very quick, Warm welcome when u check in, all towels type are available in the room, the bathroom is very good, the water pressure is sufficient in the bathroom.

The facility is new , so I understand that they didn’t have Ramdan Iftar there.

Customer service was excellent . Especially the property manager Mohamed , his customer service was outstanding by taking utmost care on the needs of the customer. Appreciated

Nothing. Except a few comments on improvement. a hand shower would be good as the room had only rain fall shower or a shower cap provided should serve the purpose.
