Love the more traditional Mexican style feel, the communal kitchen is a huge bonus, great big platform right on the beach for doing yoga, pilates, or just stretching, nice to be close to town (although many taxis for quick rides or bikes for short hops to town), and loved the market on Thursdays.

WiFi, like most places in Troncones, was weak. Personally, I prefer the north end further away from noise and better beach for swimming (calmer).

Tres Mejures is a special place. It is very well loved and taken care of. The staff are always working hard to keep the grounds, the rooms, and the common areas very clean. We loved the grass and all the plants. Our room was adorable and had a great ocean view. We spent many hours sitting on our balcony and watching the waves. Breakfast was minimal but all we needed. Short walk to town and restaurants all around the hotel. We will stay here again if we come back to Troncones.

We loved the turquoise room (second floor facing ocean and pool). Never needed AC, just left the doors and windows open the whole time - our stay was the last week of April and first week of May. Location was great and walkable to many restaurants and stores. Staff was super nice and welcoming - even offered to send a cab to the airport to pick us up. The idea of a communal kitchen was nice. Pool was pretty. Beautiful views.

What struck us was that there were three large families there at the same time, which meant a few things. 1) we never got to use the pool during the day or any beach chairs or equipment that the families left a mess at night 2) the communal refrigerators were completely full so we didn’t have the opportunity to keep groceries cold (which I suppose didn’t matter because the communal kitchen was also totally full of people at every meal time). So while it is a beautiful property, guests should understand that the communal spaces are overwhelmed easily and depending on occupancy be prepared to eat out every meal.

Breakfast was very casual - make yourself except for the weekends. Fine for us - we typically got coffee and walked across the street if we wanted something more substantial.

Not the fault of the resort - we had a large family arrive with 4 children and 7 grandchildren...they monopolized the pool area for 3 days - just how it goes.

The location. The ocean right in front of you and the pool is, too. The room is comfortable and clean. It right across the street from 2 really good restaurants. I would recommend this place for rest and relaxation. There’s nothing as relaxing as the sound of the ocean.

This was our 7th time staying at Tres Mujeres. We were delighted with the full breakfast.

The shower head was too strong and the water not hot enough.

The location was perfectly positioned near town but at a quiet distance. There were several good dining options in the immediate area. The property is beautiful, serene, right on the beach, the pool clean and refreshing. Julian could not have been more accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would return if our travels bring us back to Troncones.

breakfast was sweet and simple for cereal, fruit and coffee and juice, and facilities adequate to create your own breakfast with food you provide. Nice little storage space in refrigerator in the communal area. Great place to lounge and relax with no urgency to leave the property to do things.

We liked everything. Staff was very accommodating. Thank you Evie. A nice beach but, and we knew this before we got there, too many rocks in the water to actually enter the water. Better beach down a bit.

We had a wonderful week at Tres Mujueres. Jullian, the manager, was so helpful and the entire staff made us feel as though we were at home. We will definitely return.

The staff was amazing. We arrived super early and room was available so they letvus check in early. Room was amazing. Breakfast on weekends was stunning.
