Big and modern hotel 3 min walking from the sea side. I have the mixed feelings about our stay though. What we liked: - spacious and modern apartments, rooms are new and beds - very comfortable; - some m activities for kids arranged by hotel several times a day; - pools area was also clean and comfortable. - location is excellent both for sea and forest access; - staff was nice and polite.

I don’t think that following really match 5* or even 4* hotel: - our room was cleaned once (including the garbage disposal) in 7 days. Which I think is totally unacceptable for sea side hotel. You can pay extra for extra cleaning but then it is not clear why the price of stay is so high; - no air conditioning in room; - too crowded at breakfasts; sometimes difficult to find clean tables. - hotel territory isn’t secured

Hotel is really well taken care of - modern and clean. Rooms were pretty spacious and nice. View from the terrace for us was on the hotel's parking lot, but with the forest across the street, it was pretty charming. Bathroom was spotless. Pool area is pretty nice. Not too big, but it seems to suffice for (in October 2024) almost packed hotel. Great parking area just in front of the hotel. Overall, amazing extended weekend stay, definitely worth the money.

Nothing that I will mention was something that we personally would consider a dealbreaker. Dinners were in general "poorer" than breakfasts - adding a bit more variety to dinner buffet would be nice. And also, maybe reconsidering to put kids club area from 4th floor down to ground floor (potentially next to arcades room), that'd be great for parents to be able to keep an eye on their kids more easily.

Hotel was big enough to enjoy all the facilities but still comfortably small and not overcrowded despite being fully booked during the top season. I appreciated decent decorations in children pool, clean and big sauna, natural pine shading around the outdoor pool. Variety of food served on breakfast and dinner, different every day. Great experience for me was straightforward access from the rooms to outdoor area. No big fences and too long hallways. Everything is designed in “human scale”, which I appreciate very much. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Part of staff don’t speak english, only german so there were little missunderstandings. But there is a huge percentage of german guest so I can totally understand it and afterall it wasnt problem.

Because I didn’t expected that it would be matching the standards of a real 5 stars hotel, I wasn’t disappointed. It is an excellent 4 stars hotel. Very big, clean and comfortable rooms - perfect for families. Nice and helpful staff. The food is nice and there is enough variety (but again don’t expect 5 starts amazing level of food. The spa is great and clean. All and all we had a very nice stay.

Would suggest that the kids club would be on the ground floor and not on the 4th floor.

It is big, for some people might be overwhelming. Location is great. Depending on the room location you may end up on the delivery side an this will make you waking up early morning. Rooms are spacious! Outside swimming pool -nice!

There was a strange smell in the bathroom. Balcony windows could not be locked tight. You need to pay extra for i.e pressed juices. I wasn’t expecting it for 5 star hotel.

The Hotel Rooms,the location the view..ind blowing. Breakfast and Dinner was very delicious enough for everybody. Saune's whao relaxation Area beautiful.

Opening times at the fittness 9:00am and pool Area..l would prefer fittness Area to be open much early like 7:30 .The indoor Pool is to small for such a big Hotel with many Guest but it was ok.

breakfast was incredibly good spa area was wonderful very calm and relaxing everything was super well keept and clean super bequeme matratze very close to the sea and woods guter schnitt des zimmers

if forced to find tiney little things: cleaning products smelled a little chemical lightening in the restaurant was a bit agressive bathroom gets a bit flooded if showering

Rooms for 5, pools, very friendly staff & service

Needs more cleaning staff, ladies work hard but with lower number of rooms the quality would be better

wonderful breakfasts/meals in general, full of choice. Very helpfull staff. Best choice for travel with kinds.
