Clean room and facilities, the pool and wellness area were great. Staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate in German with us. The location was great- really close to the beach and the central area with restaurants and shops.

Parking was a little bit limited, so we had to park on the street the first night. The kids didn't really enjoy the breakfast. Could have used some coffee/tea in the room. The pool, sauna and steam room rules were all in Polish so it was hard for us to understand.

The hotel is really nice and have a lot of good facilities. The staff is very nice but the girls are working so hard in the restaurant. The breakfast was nice. The SPA facilities were nice but water was a bit too cold in the pool. We were with 2 kids and for them was quickly cold in water. The saunas were great but open from 19:00 which is way too late for the people who are coming for a break with kids and need to wait all day long to use sauna. The location is excellent close to the sea. But I would go back :)

I didnt like waiting time when ordering food in restaurant till you actually get it... The staff is so nice but you see that the girls were overloaded with work. We had an issue as one of the ordered dishes was not delivered.. When we got the bill I have mentioned that actually something was not delivered (we asked 2 times that the dish was missing). The waitress couldn't change the bill as it was already printed in fiscal cashier. She got really stressed and wanted to pay by herself- which we didn't allow as she really worked so hard. There is always a way to cancel the bill in the system and adjust to correct one...The staff is not informed how to amend the bill and change if something is put incorrectly..

Restaurant staff and reception staff were not the most cheerful . Need to work on their customer service . Lacks some personality and a welcoming approach .

Location, swimming pool, breakfast was great

There was no bottle of water in the room, or even a spoon

very close to the beach and all amenities. the swimming pool was a bonus, plus a delicious breakfast.

we had the bigger suite with 2 bedrooms. Overall we had a great time. Rooms were spacious, parking right outside, the spa was fabulous: book in advance and the food in the restaurant downstairs was super tasty.

We had a great long weekend holiday in Puchacz Spa - stayed in a very nice like new apartment with big terrace. Everything was very clean and comfortable, the food was very delicious and home-made like, there is a very nice playground next to the tables in the garden, the inside pool was also great and we used it when the better was not so nice - after breakfast and until 12 it was empty :). The area itself is also very nice, close to the beach and everything needed is on a walkable distance. Our kids 1.5 and 3.5 also liked it :). Very recommended!

Excellent breakfast, great dinner, very tasty meals. Deluxe studio is really spacious. Nice spa and big pool, perfect location.

They gave us smaller room first, staff is not speaking English at all, service is ok but dont expect something luxury. Deluxe rooms in last floor are under fitness and children playroom so it is very noisy during the day.

Loved the location and the swimming pool

Reception staff come across as rude. This was the only thing that put me off in the hotel.
