very good hotel and staff was very good and helpful as well front office team provides me a very beautiful and good view room that was too awsome also the food was so delicious and rooms were too good and clean..everthing was properly kept all facilities are provided in the room any time i use to call at reception for some aminities they provide me with in a couple of minutes..service was too fast and unbelievable..i also like to visit with my families and relatives again next year and also i will suggest this hotel to my friends and relatives also ..the staff of the hotel treat guest as god and beahviour of all staff was too polite the guide us for evrything we want in dalhousie and helps a lot. specially thanks to all staff to make my holiday memorable and unforgettable...i really create good memories with hill river resort.

I just visited (Hotel Eagle Nest) in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again. What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. Everything was good including bed comfort and cleanliness, the hotel building is new hence in good shape. The staff behaviour was very courteous also. However, I found somehow the water heater/gyser was not having power early morning, may be it was having an external power cut, the staff confirmed there was no issue. But just this was the tiny problem, rest everything is very good. I ordered dinner also which was good and value for money. Would recommend this hotel for others as well.

Its jst very good pacjage in pocket friendly budget. . Hotel is located in very peaceful location between the nature in army cant area & just 5 minute drive the famous mall road. I love the location I want peaceful stay away from city crowd and nosise and this the perfect away from nosie and just 2 km from Mall road. There heating system is just chery on the cake in hill station heating is blessing on Hill station. Room are good neat and clean with all basis aminites.

Lovely property with beautifull view. View full of mountains covered with white snow. Also good people with good hospitalty makes this place more beautifull. Special thanks to general manger of this place Mr. Akshay who is always smiling & very help full in naure. Food are also very good

Location was superb and good view at the rear side.Staff was very helpful and whatever we needed, it was fulfilled with smile. Worth for money also. Everything was good I like the mount visit at summer to enjoying the better weather and calm and quite atmosphere
