The hotel is in an amazing location, in a spacious park; Garda lake, Trento is in a half an hour drive. The receptionists were nice

The restaurant has some organizational problems: the tables were mixed up every morning, causing misunderstandings and even arguments among guests. The dinner menu costs €50/person- suggestion: let people choose from the menu 1-2 course- this way it was too much (portion, price). The so called mixologist at the bar was rude, not really knowing his job. The pool should’ve opened at 9- the guys were preparing it sometimes even after 9:30. Closing it at 7 pm, people being sent out 15-20 min earlier.

I loved my stay at Grand Hotel Terme! I’m a solo American female traveler. I felt very safe at the hotel. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. It’s no frills. It felt very German to me. There are two large pools. One in door and one outdoor. The saunas and steam rooms are also nice. There is no very hot jacuzzi. There is one warm jacuzzi in a smaller room that is open to everyone when it is not reserved to a private reservation. The staff was wonderful and the dinner was incredible. The breakfast was fine for me, but it was simpler than at some hotels. They have eggs and breads, fruits, yogurts, pastries, juices, hams and a few cheeses. It was very clean and fresh. The water at the hotel is also very special. I’ve had a rash on my chest for several weeks and after two days swimming in and drinking the water the rash is nearly gone. Truly a wonderful therme! Special thanks to the entire staff for such wonderful service.

The pool area was amazing. Just wish it opened earlier. But it was very nice and relaxing to lay outside in bubbles. The breakfast was also very good and the staff were very nice.

The shower in the room was tiny. Really really tiny. If you dropped something, you can’t pick it up while still inside the shower and definitely shaving is not possible. In my opinion there should be a different rate for this room because of the small shower. Also the air conditioner in the room was very loud, like an old car engine.

Great location and facilities (spa, pool). Clean and renovated rooms. Hotel located at the very nice part and many attractions within 30 min of driving.

Breakfast is worse than 2* hotels/zimmers. No vegetables at all. No salads, cottage or even cheese cream. You get only scrambled eggs, bread and some fruits.

The setting is beautiful The beds were comfortable and the staff were great especially Mateo who was so friendly and helpful I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel

The shower over the bath was a bit awkward

Beautiful spacious room with comfortable bed, very practical walk-in closet and superb bath/shower combo and balcony. Room cleaning was amazingly non-disruptive and all other services were provided in a friendly, accommodating and professional way. The hotel felt as a “cosy warm blanket”.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel was just what we needed in chaotic period of Christmas Holidays. There was never a lot of people, the pool area was empty dooring the sunny period from 11am-2pm so we somehow felt alone in a private spa. The temperature of the pools was 32 degrees and the outside heated pool often felt warmer. Location is quiet, don't expect any interesting restaurants and events. there is only beautiful nature and hiking options, with close proximity to great ski areas and old towns.

Sound insulation could be better. We could hear our neighbors using the toilet and talking.

EVERYTHING! The staff, service, and level of relaxation is incomparable!! Never experienced anything like this before.

We loved this hotel and the staff were exceptional. The room was large, comfortable and well appointed . Spa facilities looked comprehensive and reasonably priced and the use of the lovely pool was a real bonus in the hot weather. Breakfasts and set menu dinners were all very enjoyable. Plenty of parking and beautiful setting.

Shower cubicle too small for such a large bathroom - needs a walk in shower to reflect the rest of the experience.
