the room was very spacious and nice. the spa/wellness area was also very nice. great breakfast seleaction and very good dinner menus (right quantity and variety)

we had some issues with the card key that kept being cancelled. there was also a bit of confusion concerning our booking, even though that was easily resolved. the hotel is next to the main road going across the village, which made our room a bit noisy during the day. The nights were fine

Our room was very quiet and spacious overlooking the ski run. No noise from the fridge, which was replenished daily free of charge. The bathrobes were super soft and everywhere was immaculately clean. Particularly liked the tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as the quality of the toiletries provided. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Tony, who looked after us very well. Will definitely return.

We had a lovely room with surprising facilities (complementary bottle of wine for example). Breakfast was full of options, and quite delicious. The spa and pool were amazing places to relax. Lovely cosy bar as well. We didn't have evening meals at the hotel but I've no doubt they would have been lovely if we had! The staff that we met were fabulous. Large lounges are available for relaxing and looked lovely although again, we didn't quite have the opportunity to use them. All in all, so many positives!

There was nothing to dislike.

The Hotel was excellently presented, well located between Nasserein and Galzig and short walks from the center. The Restaurant served incredible meals every evening and the staff truly made our trip perfect. Every effort was made to ensure we had an amazing honeymoon.

Only recommendation would be the option for a memory foam pillow as the pillows were quite uncomfortable for someone who struggles with neck pain.

Beautiful rooms and bathroom was awesome . We also loved the very well designed and cozy areas/lounges to sit , gather with family and friends , play a little bit of pool . The staff were amazing , friendly, helpful , courteous , especially the staff in the dining room , and the drivers who sent us to the ski lifts each morning .

Pool was beautiful but would be great if water was warmer .

Exceptional, friendly staff who took great care of us. Inviting pool and wellness area(though it took us a few days to brave the full cold bucket of water experience between steam and sauna sessions).Pool table and board games for the occasional bad weather moment. Really comfortable room (The Valluga Suite), perfect for a family stay. Delicious breakfast and good range of a la carte options in the hotel restaurant for dinner. Perfect.

Lovely hotel, comfortable, clean, good service, highly recommended.

Unfortunately we could not eat dinner in the hotel because the Booking.Com website said it was closed for dinner on Monday’s but this is not the case. It was open for dinner, but because we didn’t think it was we hadn’t booked and they could not accommodate us.

First of all the hotel looked better than expected. Both the outside as the inside. The room was great and had a lot of details like free chocolate, nespresso machine, great TV with Chromecast, etc. The bathroom was exceptional and had 2 sinks. Everything was kept impeccably clean and comfortable daily by the very nice cleaning ladies. But for us the highlight of the stay wasn't even all this. It was the staff. Everyone, without exception was spectacular and super nice. Especially Linda and Tony from the restaurant. These were the people that made our stay an 11/10. We hope to stay in Valluga one next time again and encounter all these great people again.

Breakfast was very good, beds are very good and the Spa / pool are awesome!

When traveling with kids the restaurant is to fancy.

Staff were super nice, rooms are very comfortable and clean and hotel is specious and modern. Also perfect breakfast!

The only swimming pool (indoor) which is beautiful is way to cooooold! This was also mentioned in many other reviews.. No one goes in it because of that. And the only jacuzzi is in the swimming pool using the same water and therefore is also cold. So technically even though there's a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, mostly no one uses them because it's just too cold and unpleasant. I assume it might be related to energy restrictions, otherwise I really wouldn't know why not increase the water by 2-3 degrees
