The staff were very courteous and very professional. It is very close to the railway station, and the hotel arranged for us a free drop-off at the Railway station. The front office staff, the personnel at the restaurant were always helpful.

Good amenities and courteous staff, excellent buffet breakfast. Walking distance from Railway station. Conveyance for other parts of the city is easily available.

Minor: Provide sufficient hangers and hooks to hang the clothes.

This was a very good property and available at a very reasonable cost. It is at a walkable distance from the railway station. The breakfast as well as food in the restaurant was delicious. The room provided optimal environment for relaxing after hectic days work. I shall certainly choose to stay at the same place whenever I return to Raipur. I am grateful to the owners and staff.

I stayed here on business and found it to be a very good hotel. In a quiet back street location away from the road - I slept so well here! Very modern and stylish place. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, arranging a taxi and flexible with check out time. Also excellent breakfast each morning with city view.

Food is awesome. Breakfast is not very elaborate but extremely tasty and fresh. Staff is courteous and helpful. Room is clean and adequately equipped. Food is awesome, especially the Channa roast and mushroom tikka.

The approach road is filthy. The area in front of the reception is inadequate and risky to walk on for seniors. The hotel management has done its bit, but out of the box idea is required to take care of the problem. The other problem is lack of any kind of view from the windows. But that can't be helped... Proximity to the railway station is important for guests. If the guests are a married couple, they should offer a double room and not a twin sharing one. Its very uncomfortable.

The food at this hotel is top notch. And they serve it almost immediately. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They even arranged for an extra room at the last minute as we suddenly had another guest staying with us. A perfect overnight stay, didn't expect M hotel to be this amazing.

The extra room I requested had just been vacated and could have been cleaned better, but I understand it as it was a last minute request and they had to hurry to prepare it for me. The rooms don't have a latch-lock inside, so solo travelling women might feel a little uneasy.

It was the first time, I stayed here and the team was awesome. Staff was so courteous, every one chef, HK, receptionist, Shift Manager, all greeted with a smile every time I passed thru.

The food was amazing. The location is also good, close to the station. However, it feels a bit unsafe during the night as some drunks roam the street.

The room was a bit congested. You need to be careful while moving around.

Variety of breakfast is available so Breakfast is good. Room size is quite large you will not feel suffocating so Room size is good. Every time reception is available to attend your call and problem so Facilities and services are good. Near to railway station so location is good. Manager take my request for early check in so staff is good and cooperative. Thank you 😊 for a lovely stay
