The host and staff were on point with making my stay pleasant and smooth! Very attentive and making sure I was fed and had coffee in the am and pm as requested. Crazy how close to a busy access road the hotel is yet the location allows it to be quite quiet so no issues with noise pollution. I would stay again for sure!

The mud road to the location can be questionable after it rans but it’s manageable nonetheless!

Very good staff and rooms were clean and hygiene it’s very close to Padukone Academy they have good amenities like hair dryer, kettle, etc. And the food option is good they have near by restaurant named as Itihaas it is walkable distance from hotel and you can order the food to your room it will be delivered around 10 to 15 minutes

The street was little bit worst

U can actually count on it, u won't feel that I'm stuck paying the money here. It was very decent, very clean, towel, shampoo was provided. It's a decent 3 star hotel. Just while coming here u might not feel great with the area it is, but once u visit the property It's quite alright. U can count on it

This hotel is ideal for those making a transit through the Bangalore airport and need an overnight stay naerby. The hotel is about 9-10 km from the airport, about 15-20 min by cab. The owner Mr. Karthik arranged a cab to pick me up at the airport for Rs. 600, and same cab dropped me at the airport the next day for the same charge. The hotel is small and compact. I booked and stayed in an "Economy Double Room". The room is compact but very neat, clean and comfortable. The bathroom-cum-toilet was also clean and comfortable - hot water was available, good exhaust. The room has a split AC. I could sleep very well and have a refreshing bath the next morning. This hotel is not for those planning a long vacation. Just a short stay for outside work / airport transit. There is no restaurant but I was told that food can be orderd from nearby (I did not do so). The receptionist is the manager Mr. Amar - who has to manage it 24 hours by himself - but if he is not available, there are other staff to help. At the same time, you must not expect that the reception, room service and so on will be like that in a 3-star hotel or higher since this place is not meant to be that way. Keep in mind that the charges are much lower than those in such hotels. All in all, this hotel is best for those seeking a good rest and shower between outside work or airport transit and not for those seeking to experience resort type hospitality.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy and a decent TV and bathroom. Staff were lovely and helpful, location is really convenient. AC and fan both worked even with the hot weather.

The only criticism would be how basic it was, no kettle to make tea or coffee, no toilet roll and one small towel. However, the price was very reasonable so I'd expect these sorts of things.

It's a hidden Gem, a Dark Horse I would say. Very near to Bengaluru Airport. Very much affordable and clean . Very good stay assured for Business class travellers as well as family. Pros: 1. Very neat and clean property. 2. Very near to Airport , you can come and stay here and can catch early morning flights or receive your kith and kin. 3.Owner Mr.Karthik is so courteous and kind in serving the guests. 4. Staff behaviour and attending our needs very good . 5. Most economical in the Main Airport Area. 6. Though in house restaurant not available, NV restaurant is just walkable distance within 200 meters. 7. Nearby Adyar Anandh Bhavan is available in 5 minutes drive distance for Vegetarians who prefer A2B ambience. 8. Within 300 meters from Hyderabad NH. Cons: 1. In house restaurant not available, but that's not an issue. Hotels are very near and Hotel staff will bring if you order. 2. Seperate Parking not available. But that's not an issue and front side you can park and the area of parking is under the surveillance of CCTV camera. 3. Approach road is not a metal road. And that's not a problem as we are just within 200 meters from Hyderabad NH. I strongly suggest to travellers who are hailing from Tamilnadu and other part of Karnataka aiming to Bengaluru to catch the Flight , you can very well stay here and enjoy the staying and also without tension of Bangaluru traffic you can catch the flight in time. My score is 9.50/10 with my experience.

The breakfast was complimentary. But had to go to a nearby restaurant ( I feel they had a tie up ) for the same. Good hot breakfast was served.

The inroad to the residency needs to be bought up, it is inside and the roads have yet to be tarred.

Very nice hotel, quiet location to keep away from highway bustles, yet only few minutes walk for food, and lots of shopping (so many factory outlets nearby). Staffs were nice and caring here, specially the Manager Mr. Amar, he'll take care of you, this hotel is an easy recommendation, at this price 🙂

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. And it is just 9km away from Kempegowda international airport, I highly recommend this hotel.
