Nice view, very clean and neat, comfy bed, good size room for a couple, nice comfortable chairs. We are very satisfied with our stay. Will be back💕

All preset and communicated via messenger app. All very convenient, including vehicle pre registration.

It was nice value for the money. The pool was nice and the rooms were clean.

It was super hard to find and check in was super complicated, I wouldn’t have been able to do it without a Korean speaking person who was able to call the number. Also the hotel name on here doesn’t match the name on the building.

The location. Close to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores. The view, my room looked out over the city and mountains. The room was big, I opened my suitcase and there was still space to walk around. The cleanliness. Everything, the bathroom, the bed linen, the floor, was super clean. The shower was warm and the water pressure was good. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handwash and face wash were also supplied. A lot of towels were supplied. There was a mini fridge for storing drinks and outside the room on the same flloor there was a water dispenser which dispensed ice too, meaning we didn't need to keep buying water. The check in and check out was simple.

Things I thought could be improved, but not deal breakers. I would stay again. 1) clothes hanging facilities, 2) the pillows, and 3) the aircon: 1) I often had wet clothes from swimming which I wanted to hang to dry but there weren't places to hang my wet clothes.. A towel rack in the room or clothes line on the balcony would have been very helpful 2) For 2 people only 2 pillows were supplied, the pillows were also really squishy, so my neck was sore. . 3) The aircon; it was difficult to adjust the aircon temperature. It cools then room to the desired temperature and then switches off. When the aircon senses it needs to cool the room again its switches back on but the air is so cold, I kept waking up. On the last two nights I set the temperature low (20°C) which meant the aircon stayed on and didn't blast cold air.
