The hotel offered a lovely view and excellent value for money. Ms. Antonina at the reception was very friendly and helpful; she explained and presented the hotel in a professional and detailed manner. Mr. Pierro served excellent coffee at breakfast, and the omelettes were delicious as well.

The breakfast service was a bit disorganized, and it was confusing to find a table. In all the other 5-star hotels I have visited, I was always escorted to my table, so perhaps that could be a solution here. Additionally, the sunbeds by the pool were not very comfortable. The hotel staff could not speak English, apart from reception. We also noticed a charge of 90 euros for a massage we didn’t receive, but they promptly removed it from our bill once we brought it to their attention.

Professional staff and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed everything about the hotel. From first step into the hotel we were meet by a friendly staff answering all the questions we had. The hotel, the rooms and all the facilities were perfectly clean. The rooms would even be cleaned multiple times a day. Breakfast had everything you could ask for and can be enjoyed from the terrace with a fantastic view.

The prices for the evening buffet is on the higher side.

Amazing beach and pool facilties + several activities for an active vacation.

Parts of the facilties seemed worn down - especially indoor carpets and doors which also made them look less clean than they probably were. It it is a pity because the rest of the hotel left such a good impression.

We have been to Torre del Barone and we are going to come back for sure. The location is great, staff is friendly and well prepared. The boutique restaurant Donna Floriana is simple and elegant, the staff knows how to respect your privacy and at the same time, let you feel at home. The beach was nice, the beach bar has some very friendly and helpful staff that can welcome you for a nice evening sunset happy hour. Pro tip: Alessia at the beach bar serves a very nice grapefruit soft drink and entertains you with a quick and pleasant chat.

Rooms could be a tad tidier, but nothing major.

Location is very nice, very close to the sea, beach is white send , sea was 28C in June. Very nice facility including sun beads and minerals pool

It was a bit hard to find normal food like regular pasta. Restaurants are trying hard to impress but it is not about simple traditional Italian meals. You can go to a small town near by. Breakfast is great though. - Spa is available only for 1h for the whole stay

Incredible stay! The staff made us feel welcomed and like family, they went above and beyond to cater to our every need. The facilities were impeccable and the thermal pools took away all our stress. The food was fresh, delicious and healthy. The pizza was actually the best we've had in Sicily, we have been travelling around the island so this is a big claim to make! The only problem is we didn't want to leave the accommodation to explore the surrounding area! Internet was great and we were able to get work done.

Everything was superb. From the wonderful staff to the variety of restaurants and exceptional facilities such as the wellness spa, thermal sulphuric pool, outdoor pool and beach club to the Padel & tennis courts and delicious breakfast buffet spreads. The room was incredibly clean and well laid out. The view of the sea was spectacular and the beds were extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we had stayed for a few more nights . We would highly recommend this resort.

Breakfast had the best selection we’ve seen all of our week’s holiday staying in many different hotels… Thank you to all the staff that looked after us & made the stay so special!! ☺️

The hotel is very nicely designed and decorated almost all the rooms has nice sea view and the breakfast was nice and good quality the beach is not far from the hotel 5 minutes walking and the beach is sandy and clean

we came as family have booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and I choose to have one of the room with upgrade features and pay extra for that but what we get is 2 identical rooms and when I asked the receptionist that what I booked is different they say it was mistake from booking.com that photo of suite !! And did not give any compensation or do any change The resort is far little from surrounding that is ideal to stay there only and no much entrainment for small kids , and forget about wifi or internet connection they could not fix it and it seems it is general problem and lifts are very old and most of the time is not working

I cannot rate this hotel and it's staff high enough. From the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough to help us. I have never experienced a hotel with calibre of staff. The hotel reception and terrace is lovely as are the rooms, beds are very comfortable. The beach is beautiful, with lovely clear water and we were the only ones on there for my morning swim. Unfortunately we only stayed one night at this hotel but I would definately come back for a longer holiday.

The food could have been warmer but I understand this is difficult when there isn't a fast turnover. The front of the hotel (beach side) and pool area could do with some updating but I believe they have just updated the interior so I'm sure this will come.
