It is a lovely property. Not too far from the town. With truly spectacular view. You have the choice of cottages or rooms in a low central building. We were in cottages. Sitting outside sipping tea in the morning overlooking the view of the green mountains around with a river flowing right down and view of the Paro airport was truly mesmerising. Restauarant food was good though choice is rather limited. Tschering Phuntsno, the owner, was personally paying attaention to the comforts of the residents. Suk Bdr and Sunita Raini were very helpful at the reception. Chose a cottage for a memorable experience.

Housekeeping could be improved with cleaner bed sheets.

We had the family room which is a huge cottage with two rooms and Bathrooms.. it's great for 3-5 adults.and possibly the only one available in this area. The resort is beautiful and lined with apple trees that were packed with fresh apples. The river flows on one side (down below since the resort in on a hill) and there is a great view of Paro town, the football grounds and Paro Dzong. Since we left for the Trek early, we got packed breakfast, which was decent (boiled egg, sandwiches, juice, apple). The staff is really sweet and helpful and did everything possible to make our stay comfort. They booked us the taxi and guide as needed. The hotel is really sustainable, with glass bottles, soap dispensers (and optional soap bars, if you need just ask), rubber slippers, a stand fan, a chargeable emergency lamp, umbrellas, brown paper bags for food packaging, etc..and the construction is fabulous..I have never seen such wonderful wood even in Europe.

The Indian food on the first night wasnt very nice, but it could be because the chef made it in a rush since we got late in our order (last order at 8pm and going into town in the dark isn't easy). The western food the next night was decent. The hotel is also tough to find, so calling ahead is advisable. The google maps location is correct but still difficult to navigate, even from the gate to the reception (tip: avoid going to either parking and take the road inside the resort that looks less paved).

The service was very good, they booked a guide for me and were very attentive since my arrival. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. I really like the atmosphere and the setting. The restaurant upstairs was convivial and the food was good.

The property is a bit far from the centre of town, so to get there either you take a taxi or you walk 15 minutes through a dusty road along the river.

Location close to the town, 10 minutes walk. The Staff and the owner himself very nice and helpfull. the Spa and the therapist were super good. Food in the resatuarant was quite good.

Noise made by the room floor, as it is of wood, when you walk it makes some noise. The quality of the beds and bed sheets has room to improve.

The reception team was really good , polite , professional. They even suggested I take an appropriate room that was a cheaper option instead of the one I booked online . Loved their heated bed , was so cosy during winter nights. Clean spacious bathrooms. Great value for money !

Food was alright , not great . Breakfast options were also minimal.

Fantastic view down the valley. Good sized room, comfy bed, hot shower and decent breakfast included. Internet a good speed. About 1km walk from town, takes 15-20 minutes but nice walk down quiet road near the river.

First evening for dinner I was not offered a menu, but told I would be served and they gave me a set menu. Food was good, but I realised as other patrons arrived some asked for menus, so would have been good to know this option available and indeed I ordered from the menu on the 2nd night.

Its a beautiful Property.. with trees full of fruits and view of the paro valley and the river

The staff was a bit unwelcoming when it came to requests related to food. Portion size of salad was too small

Excellent room (suite), excellent food, great place to relax. The suit is in its separate builting in the garden, it has a living room, a large bedroom, a wardrobe, coffee and water area, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath). The resort has a SPA, the hot stone bath was great, just be warned, if you are not used to the heat it can make you dizy.

Good location, rooms were nice and comfortable. It was a wonderful experience.

The breakfast menu was too limited. And they did not accept card payment.

Beautiful view, very spacious, hotel staff was very helpful in helping us arrange for packed breakfast, love the separate lounging area in the room, decorated our bed for honeymoon, located close to the Tigers nest
