Overall, it was a nice experience. I have stayed at Casa Real twice now. The location is good, the rooms are very big and the stay overall was quite comfortable.
The breakfast is very different on days when it's served in the smaller restaurant.

The indoor pool was amazing
The room was too hot. We complained to the administration but they said that the central heating was on... But still the room was unbearable.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Black out curtain worked well. Good location. Friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast choice reasonable.
No sockets next to bed. No air circulator especially in bathroom with no fan. Dark bathroom with shower curtain. Empty - no water - in fridge. Sauna ran cold and steam non existent in steam room - was clear equipment was switched on/off.
