The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is within walking distance of the city’s main attractions, including the main square, museums, restaurants, and pedestrian streets. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

While breakfast is okay, I don't recommend having dinner at the restaurant, as it is not good. The food is awful, and the staff is not helpful, but they are a bit rude. I felt hesitant to ask for assistance or a question. It was like they were doing you a favor in a bad mood. Also, the menu description is not what you get. For example, I ordered “Onion soup with cheese” one night and expected a traditional French Onion soup. Instead, I got an orange broth with chopped onions and grated cheese on the side. It tasted so bad I decided to return it.

I ended up staying here much longer than expected (due to illness), but I am so happy I did! ALL the staff were wonderful, very friendly and kind and helpful, and the rooms are lovely. Very spacious and bright and comfortable. Perfect location for the centre, and gorgeous views from the pool on the roof. Breakfast was great (remember to ask for eggs!), and the selection of room service was good. (Although it was a bit hit and miss with the main meals). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and was sad to leave!

If you want to explore Salta on foot, this is the perfect choice. Even if you arrive by car, they provide parking in their private lot for 20,000 pesos. Highly recommended, since traffic wardens are very active and issue fines in every part of the city. The room was clean and the staff were professional and helpful.

This is a little gem of a hotel, situated in the centre with easy walking to main attractions. All the staff are very friendly and efficient, the restaurant has a good variety of freshly cooked food on offer. The pool was a nice bonus. All of the public areas are spotlessly clean as was the room. We had arranged day trips out with very early starts but the breakfasts were available from 06.15 making it easy.

Great location, very close to the main square and walking distance to everything. Beautiful rooftop where we took a bottle of wine and watched the sunset, has a great pool for summer. Bed was comfy, room was big and a nice warm shower. Rafael was a great help with airport transfers and advice in english. Good simple cold breakfast buffet. Nice foyer to wait for early morning tour pick ups.

Our hairdryer in the room was broken and unfortunately i was told there was no other we could use. Minor issue but it was an inconvenience

The staff is accommodating and friendly. They were more than helpful when we needed to book airport transfers. The location is at the very heart of Salta City. Breakfast is delicious and served as early as 6:15, which for me is excellent. And the air conditioning was on turbo mode, which was convenient because of the hot weather.

The premises need some maintenance, but overall, they stand ok for me (Just some painting here and there, that's all).

Well-located hotel a block from Salta's main square. A comfortable but soulless largish hotel. Bonus is the rooftop pool, but, again, could have been made a lot more charming with better seating, more tables, umbrellas and a bar that was actually open and staffed! Breakfast adequate. No comparison to Vicuna Hotel, where we also stayed. See my review. And more expensive!

The staff at reception were wonderful. My sim card usage had exceeded the limit and the staff took pains to clarify the situation with the phone provider and explained to me how to overcome the problem. I am extremely grateful. Unfortunately, because i had to rush to catch my flight i did not have the time to thank them personally.

Breakfast was the worst part of my stay. Just pastries and bread. No real food. Coffee was pretty bad and you had to wait around for a waiter to pour it and this person was not available at all times.
