Great location that's very centrally located. The staff is very nice but be warned that a lot of the staff does not speak English so prepare your Spanish skills!

My only issue was at breakfast - I don't eat breakfast and only want black coffee in the mornings. I assumed coffee at breakfast which was buffet style was free. I took a sip of coffee and it was terrible quality so I didn't want anymore but was still charged the full $5,000 pesos for the full breakfast. So basically $5,000 for 2 sips of coffee. I flagged this to the waited but he confirmed that I would still need to pay the full price so I thought that was poor customer service.

Everything! The quality of the facilities (everything brand new and super clean), the personnel (very approachable, helpful, friendly), nice spa and great massages. Good breakfast in a nice salon. Excellent location metres away from the main square. We had a lovely personalized welcome message and cake as a gift as we were staying there over Christmas. Excellent value for money!

This clean, modern hotel is conveniently located a half a block away from the main, historical square. There are plenty of good restaurants located nearby, and it is close to the Teleferico. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

My only suggestion is to have better lighting in the hallways.

Attentive and kind staff. Great breakfast. Clean room with comfortable beds and a good shower. Located in the heart of the city and walking distance of the main sights. The facade of the building might not be very picturesque, but it has a lovely interior (seems recently renovated) and great facilities. Great value for money and would recommend!

We were surprised that the rate for cash payments was higher than card payments (usually the opposite in Argentina).

I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. Everything was wonderful. The room, breakfast, location, cleanliness and affordability were outstanding. We were there for a week. We can’t wait to return. Get the massage, the spa is wonderful.

I like the fact the hotel was full of light due to its large windows, the staff was responsive and nice. The location was close to the main square but the road was quite calm at night. Breakfast was superb and started early at 6:30 am which was convenient for the day we went early for our excursion to the grandes salinas.

Modern hotel in a very convenient location. Room was very comfortable. As others have mentioned the shower is excellent but tends to spill on to the floor. Highly recommend the spa - very reasonably price and an excellent full body massage. La Cantina next door is a lovely lunch spot.

Extremely affordable and conveniently located hotel. It is JUST off the main square so feels just slightly less busy, but you are still less than a minutes walk away. It's very modern and very reasonably priced.

Breakfast is a bit of an odd one. It's a buffet but you can't serve yourself. You ask for things and they plate it up for you. it's very cake-heavy.

An updated hotel in a excellent central location of Salta. Easy access to famous sites, restaurants and services such as car rental and tour bookings. The morning breakfast was very good, almost decadent, given the many cakes & sweets that were offered.

While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, unfortunately not all were. No fun dealing with grumpy ataff

I did not liked the fact that we can’t self service the breakfast. The room was good and clean. Elevators take forever so if you are higher floors consider the time it takes to go up and down. Overall a good pick and I would stay there again.
