The hotel staff was the best! I broke my foot during the vacation and the hotel staff cared wonderfully. Not only did the staff organize medical consultation and transport to the hospital, they lend me a phone charger, regularly brought me ice, cared for my luggage and were there for any arising needs. Thank you! The location of the hotel was also perfect for this (hoping that no one else needs this information): Medical supplies like crutches and an orthopedic shoe could be bought a block away, and there is even a traumatology centre about 1km from the hotel.

The hotel is very central, and though it is on a busy street, my room was completely silent. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and polite.

The corridors were too dark during the day, which made it difficult to open the door.

I loved everything about this hotel. The reception, the bedroom, the facilities, the staff, the breakfast, it's location, it's very near to the most touristic places at the city, five or ten minutes walking or driving you can be anywhere you want. They stored our luggage all day long while we were doing a tour to the mountains and also, allowed to stay at the lobby until our transposition was due to leave.

The hotel was well located. The rooms very clean. The staff was friendly and being able to exchange dollars great.

The air conditioning machine flaps for the swinging were very loud and had to switch it off to be able to sleep.
